In your repeated reports you are stating that you are developing a transparent mechanism to make compliance of the order of the apex court, but more than 4 months passed your transparent mechanism still not developed.
From the office of the central registrar and cooperative society the applicant wants to know that when will the transparent mechanism be developed by the office of the central registrar? The procrastination on the part of the office of the central registrar and cooperative society itself reflecting the deep-rooted corruption in the government which is blocking stone in the repayment of the matured amount of the investors.
Here this question arises that whether our government functionaries are in state to safeguard the rights of the countrymen? Cheaters are publicly looting the innocent and gullible people by taking the licence from the government which means state of anarchy in the country. There is no rule of law in this country but our country is being ruled by the anarchy quite obvious from the prevailing anarchy in the government machinery.
