Grievance Description

Honourable nodal officer must ensure the reach of attached court order to jigna police as they are not accessing it is most unfortunate.

Think about the sensitivity of Jigana police that after multiple complaints, it did not reach the site of controversy which shows that it adopts a lackadaisical approach to the complaints made on the Jansunwai portal. Order of the court is attached to the grievance which ensures that you are deliberately showing your negligence to the order of the court. Sir, how can it be justified that the concerned responsible public authority blindly accepts whatever report the police make?  Sir, is not it ridiculous that the copy of the order of the Honourable Court is attached with the complaint, that is, the order of the court is received by the concerned police, yet the sub-inspector concerned has submitted an arbitrary report, that is, it is just a copy of the earlier report.

In the earlier grievance, S.H.O. Jigna, District-Mirzapur did not take the perusal of the attached order of the court in PDF format but now the applicant expects from him to take perusal of the order of the Honourable court and acts accordingly in compliance with the court order.

It is most regretful that the concerned sub inspector belonging to the police station Jigna district Mirzapur is telling a lie in the report submitted on the Jansunwai portal of the Government of Uttar Pradesh. It would be expedient to reveal the truth that the elder brother of the applicant informed the police station Jigna about the direction of the court and made an

attempt to provide the copy of the order to the concerned staff of the police station Jigna. The concerned sub inspector did not take the copy of the order from the elder brother of the applicant but made an attempt to talk nonsense which was unproductive in the matter and against the morals of a police personnel. This event took place on the same date as the order received by the elder brother of the applicant from the court.

According to the law of the land every activity of the police is noted on the government diary available at the police station as a record. Whether the concerned sub inspector will make available the copy of the page of the government diary in which it has been mentioned that order of the court has not been made available to the police on the part of the applicant. It is obligatory duty of the accountable public functionaries in the department of police to ensure transparency and accountability in the working of the Jigna police. According to the concerned sub inspector in such matters there is no need of order and no need to take shelter in the court. The applicant had to visit the police station only and gratify them and fulfil their demands. Moreover, if the station house officer police station Jigana is really interested in ensuring the compliance of the court order then the order was attached to the grievance. Why did he not take action to ensure the compliance of the court order?
