Now you may take a glance at the following parra showing explicitly that the matter concerns the working of the chief medical officer Mirzapur as well as the report of S.P. City, Shrikant Prajapati which was submitted before the State Human Rights Commission Uttar Pradesh in the complaint of the information seeker. Consequently the matter also concerns the finding of the police which was submitted before  the State Human Rights Commission Uttar Pradesh in the complaint of the information seeker.
