Yes Bank is not providing consistent report to CA Ravi Pratap Singh

Following reply made by the Yes Bank not consistent with the submissions of the grievance.

This is with reference to your complaint raised by you with Centralized Public Grievance 

Redressal And Monitoring System (CPGRAM) vide reference number 

PMOPG/E/2023/0084174 

regarding transaction on your YES Bank Credit Card.

We wish to inform you that our Bank Official Ms. Bharti Ambekar tried contacting you on your 

registered mobile number. However, we were unable to establish a successful contact with you.

We would like to inform you that we have raised a chargeback for referred transaction and the 

same was rejected by the Member Bank.

We regret our inability to accede to your request for re-dispute of the transaction of INR 

120,000.00 dated on May 02, 2022 since, the same is out of time frame and we request you to 

liaise up with merchant.

In case you wish to cancel the EMI, 2% foreclosure fee along with GST will be applicable on 

principal outstanding.

Further, we wish to inform you that without voice consent we would be unable to foreclosure 

your EMI. Hence we request you to contact our 24 X 7 YES TOUCH Customer Care 1800 103

We confirm that the Cardmember Dispute Form has been received by us. Please note regarding the transaction which happened on May 02, 2022 dispute has already been filed on the basis your request and the same was rejected by the member bank.


We request you to kindly approach the merchant for transaction cancellation.

Please provide your action details and date when paid amount reached to the account of cheaters? Why did you not withhold the amount paid through credit card on the complaint of aggrieved Ravi Pratap Singh to customer care of the bank? Please put on light instead of cryptic approach.

You had to speak on the following points but you did not do so. Such practices are only promoting corruption in our society. As our king so will be citizens of kingdom. Please provide logical solution instead of bogus and inconsistent report on the portal.
