This is to inform that after conducting our investigation, we discovered that it was not a fraud registration since you used mobile number 7379105911 and PAN number ending with 850Q to enable Amazon, which was verified by NSDL.

Amazon ask to its customers to provide PAN number and I had provided my PAN . I am still registered as customer on

Regards, Team axio The applicant replied as follows-Respected staff, you require a copy of my PAN Card in order to carry out an enquiry on my complaint made before the regulatory body of banking institutions in the country. My PAN Card is attached herewith for your reference.

This is to inform that after conducting our investigation, we discovered that it was not a fraud registration since you used mobile number 7379105911 and PAN number ending with 850Q to enable Amazon, which was verified by NSDL. Therefore, please note that the inquiry cannot be removed from your credit records.  For more details vide attached document. Undoubtedly, I made the registration on Amazon online shopping for online shopping and still that account exists. I did not take the loan on amazon online shopping for any product. Nor did I authorize Amazon online shopping to misuse my PAN Card. Concerned may provide details like purpose of loan, account in which loan was paid. The address of the borrower used for this fraudulent activity.
