Grievance Description

An application on behalf of Vishal Yadav, Dhirendra Singh, Ashutosh Yadav, Akhilesh Singh and Shubham Yadav for the payment of the employees provident fund deducted from their salaries by the employer Silkon private limited Varanasi working with the consultation of the chief medical officer Mirzapur.

Chief medical officer Mirzapur may take the third page of the attached PDF document to the grievance. It is obligatory duty of the proprietor of the Silkon private limited Varanasi to pay the employees provident fund to the staff when the employees are asking so because now the concerned applicants are no longer the staff of the Silikon private limited Varanasi.

Honourable sir may take the perusal of page 4,5 and 6 which are showing that the share of the employee is Rs.9885 and the share of the employer is Rs 3021 and pension contribution is Rs.6712.

Whether the aforementioned money will not be refunded by the Silkon private limited Varanasi to the stakeholders as aforementioned?

Whether the exploitation of the outsourced staff by the accountable public staff of the department of medical and health by colluding with the proprietor of the Silkon private limited Varanasi is justified? Please order an enquiry as the salary of poor staff is more than million of rupees which must be refunded to them. There is no transparency and accountability quite obvious from the cryptic dealings of the public authority.

I want to inform the chief medical officer Mirzapur that he is too insensitive to the grievances of the staff, quite obvious from his response in the matter. It must be noted that concerned aggrieved staff have already submitted representations before the chief medical officer of the district Mirzapur unfortunately he did not take any action in the matter and he is trying to put the entire matter under the carpet. Here the matter concerns the exploitation of the outsourced staff by the employer by colliding with the accountable staff of the public authority department of medical and health which is a public department monitored by the government of Uttar Pradesh. He must know that under article 51A of the constitution of India the applicant has the right to make enquiry in regard to the activities of the public authority.

Silkon business private limited is not providing employees provident fund to the staff working in the department of medical and health in Mirzapur deducted from the salary of the aggrieved staff. The matter concerns the working of the chief medical officer Mirzapur as the payment of the lab technicians of the employees provident fund deducted from their salary by the outsourced company is still pending. Undoubtedly the aforementioned company is exploiting the staff working during the covid period which is the most insulting and unacceptable thing and violates human rights. It is showing the insolence of the outsourced company which is encroaching the rights of the covid warriors. Silkon business private limited quite obvious from the attached attached PDF document to the grievance did not provide the employees provident fund i.e. EPF of the aggrieved lab technicians which was deducted from their salary. Here EPFO is the outsourced company Silkon business private limited Varanasi. Herewith an application submitted by the aggrieved staff posted as lab technicians dated 17 February 2023 addressed to the chief medical officer Mirzapur and received in the office of the chief medical officer Mirzapur on the same date is attached to the grievance. The name of the aggrieved applicants are Ashutosh Kumar Yadav, Dhirendra Singh, Shubham Yadav, Akhilesh Singh, Vishal Yadav who have made repeated representations before the chief medical officer and concerned clerk.

Sir, it is clear from the report that the salary of the lab technician was paid by the concerned firm on 18 January 2023. It is clear from the attached report that even now the Lab Technicians are not satisfied with the working style of the Chief Medical Officer as his Employee Provident Fund is still not paid by the company. It is very surprising that the attention of the Chief Medical Officer does not go to the problems of his subordinates, this is a big irony of fate. Whether it is not a reflection of rampant corruption in the working of public authority where staff drawing a meagre amount of salary from the public exchequer are being exploited by the monitoring bodies of the public. It is the obligated duty of the Silkon private limited Varanasi to provide the employees provident fund of the lab technicians at the earliest which has been deducted from their salaries. Where is the good governance if the meagre amounts of salary being paid by the government to the covid warriors is deducted by the mediators.
