Prayer-Instead of pursuing the path of dilly dally approach, CPIO (Allahabad High Court) Registrar (Accounts) must provide the information to information seeker/appellant in the matter concerning deep rooted corruption, lawlessness and anarchy lowering the dignity of the courts due to lack of transparency and accountability in the working.
Following information sought from CPIO High court as follows.
1-Please provide the information regarding the action taken report by the Registrar General, Allahabad High Court on the aforementioned forwarded grievance DEPOJ/E/2019/04435 if not taken any action, then provide the reason as required under subsection 1 d of section 4 of the Right to Information Act 2005.
2-Please provide the Notings made by the accountable public functionaries of the High court of judicature on the aforementioned forwarded grievance DEPOJ/E/2019/04435 by the ministry of justice government of India.
Numerous documents were exchanged from the High court at Allahabad and the department of justice, unfortunately CPIO did not provide any information to the appellant. For rest of submissions, vide trail email addressed to chief justice of High court of judicature at Allahabad.
This is a humble request of the applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that how can it be justified to withhold public services arbitrarily and promote anarchy, lawlessness, and chaos in an arbitrary manner by making the mockery of law of land? This is the need of the hour to take harsh steps against the wrongdoer in order to win the confidence of citizenry and strengthen the democratic values for healthy and prosperous democracy. For this, your applicant shall ever pray to you, Hon’ble Sir.
