Police are deviating the attention from core issue ipso facto which is impediment in seeking justice for weaker section.
The matter concerns the anomaly in exchange of documents between Mirzapur police and District court. Mirzapur Uttar Pradesh. Police are claiming it has sent a charge sheet but court staff is saying that the charge sheet has not reached the office which is a matter of concern. How can the charge sheet be missing in the path?

Grievance Description
The matter concerns the charge sheet sent by the concerned police on 13th October 2022 which has still not reached the court but police are running away from providing any information. The police are running away from the core issue in a cryptic manner which increases the sensitivity of the applicant to the matter.
If the charge sheet will not reach the court how the matter will be considered by the Honourable court of the chief judicial magistrate. Here either the police is misleading the applicant or concerned staff of the court who made the charge sheet missing.
Respected sir, it is quite obvious that circle officer Mirzapur City mister Parmanand Kushwaha submitted a bogus inconsistent report in the matter which does not contain the proper reply of the submissions made by the applicant.
It has been explicitly expressed in the contents of the grievance that more than 5 months passed but it is most unfortunate that when enquiry made by the applicant through a council to the concerned clerk in the lower judiciary he said that charge sheet still not reach to the court which is not only shocking to the applicant but it is surprising as well.
It was repeatedly accepted by the office of the circle officer Mirzapur City that charge sheet number 145 was sent by the police to the Honourable court on 13th October 2022.

Grievance Description
Justice >> Complaint against Judicial Officers
The matter concerns the misplace of the charge sheet number 145/2022 submitted by the Kotwali Katra police before the court of the chief judicial magistrate.
The applicant wants to inform that on 21st March 2022 Kotwali Katra police registered a non cognizable report number 31/2022 under section 323 and 504 of the Indian penal code quite obvious from the report dated 4th April 2023 of the sub inspector Mr Anil Vishwakarma attached as the page one of the attached PDF document.
The aforementioned non cognizable report was converted into first information report crime number 165 / 2022 under section 323 504 325 of the Indian final code which details are as crime number 145/ 2022 submitted before the concerned Honourable court on 13th October 2022.
More than five months passed but it is most unfortunate that when enquiry made by the applicant through a council to the concerned clerk he said that charge sheet still not reached to the court. Which was not only shocking to the applicant but it was surprising as well.
Whether in this way prosecution of the offenders is carried out in this largest populous state in the country.

Such practices are quite rampant in lower judiciary where files are misplaced and cases are finished without proper disposal by the judicial member. Think about the mismanagement in lower judiciary of this largest democracy in the world.
