3-I pray before the Honourable Sir that Please punish the staff of the department of income tax who served the email notice to the applicant without proper verification of the records. Now it has been proved that there is rampant corruption in the working of the department of income tax and it is the obligatory duty of accountable staff to control it. Why are you receiving this communication? The Income Tax Department has received information on financial transactions/activities relating to XXXXX0850X for Financial Year 2020-21. However, as per records available, you do not appear to have filed Income Tax Return for Assessment Year 2021-22 (relating to FY 2020-21). Some significant information available with the Income Tax Department includes the following: Purchase of securities and units of mutual funds - Rs 300 Rent received - Rs 1,19,34,974 Sale of securities and units of mutual fund - Rs 300 Sir, aforementioned Rent received - Rs 1,19,34,974, ,Sale of securities and units of mutual fund - Rs 300 and Purchase of securities and units of mutual funds - Rs 300 are in the cognizance of the department of income tax of the government of India which must be taken into the possession by the prime minister office.
4-It is submitted before the Honourable Sir that Central Board of Direct Taxes forwarded the matter of Tax evasion to Director General of Income Tax (Inv), Chandigarh for appropriate action
but they did not take any action because of a manifold increase in transactions concerning my PAN Card and streaming of messages by the department of income tax because of rampant corruption in the department of income tax in the government of India.
5-I pray before the Honourable Sir that Grievance Status for registration number : CBODT/E/2023/0007645

Grievance Descriptio
Central Board of Direct Taxes (Income Tax) >> Corruption/Malpractices related (VCs, employees) >> Inaction by Income Tax Department
Name and Designation of Officer : Anonymous
regional office / Office : DGIT(Systems) CPC, E-filing
Under Article 51A of the constitution of India the applicant is making enquiry in regard to the following messages sent on the mobile of the applicant and email of the applicant. Whether you have ordered any enquiry in the following matter as the matter concerns with the huge loss to the public exchequer through the tax evasion. Two anonymous accounts were opened in my name by colluding with staff of the State Bank of India. Please punish the staff of the department of income tax who served the email notice to the applicant without proper verification of the records. Now it has been proved that there is rampant corruption in the working of the department of income tax and it is obligatory duty of accountable staff to control it.
For more details, vide attached document to the grievance.
6-It is submitted before the Honourable Sir that DGIT(Systems) CPC, E-filing closed the grievance with the following Remarks as follows-
This is not a grievance but a Tax Evasion Petition (TEP). The TEP alongwith its enclosures is being sent to the jurisdictional Director General of Income Tax (Inv), Chandigarh for necessary action thereon. Hence the grievance is being closed on CPGRAM portal.
It is most unfortunate that they are still streaming the irritating messages on email and mobile concerning high value transactions causing mental and physical torture to the applicant and violating the human rights of the petitioner.
7-I pray before the Honourable Sir that undoubtedly the matter concerns with the jurisdiction of the Director General of Income Tax (Inv), Chandigarh consequently they have forwarded the matter to the same mandate but it could not ensure the action against the wrongdoers because the corruption is prevailed in the working of the public authority. They are making efforts to keep me silent, quite obvious from the forwarding action even though that action does not ensure the action against the criminal elements who tortured me for more than 3 years. I want action in the matter instead of procrastination as being done by the government functionaries. What is the guarantee that director general investigation Chandigarh will not file the matter as usually done in the public offices in this largest democracy in the world? When after investigation it has been proved that my PAN card was not updated in my bank account then it is an obligatory duty of the department of income tax to take action against those who made efforts for tax evasion on the ground of findings. The delay in the matter itself implies the deep-rooted corruption in the department of income tax.
Now streaming of same messages in the name e-campaign by the aforementioned officer only shows that my PAN card was deliberately updated by the Gangoli branch of State Bank of India in two forged accounts opened in my name by colluding with the staff of the department of income tax of India.
For more details, vide attached document to the grievance.
8-It is submitted before the Honourable Sir that C.B.I. may provide the information concerning action for updating my PAN in two accounts opened in my name in SBI at Jind, Haryana.
