Singh Date of Receipt 13/02/2023 Received By Ministry/Department Financial Services (Banking Division)Card member requested the bank not to make payment because the card member had been apprised with the suspensive activities of the cheaters but banking institution instead of showing favour to the customer stood in the row of the cheaters which was illegal as payment was by the credit card and it could be withhold by the bank on the request the aggrieved applicant CA Ravi Pratap Singh Mobile - 9769800294 legally. Still on this public platform, banking institutions have not adopted a cogent approach to resolve the problem but tried to escape  from the issue which is illegal. I think that concerned people may adopt a logistic approach in the matter. The matter concerns economic fraud must be dealt with by the iron hand by the government. Yes Bank must provide the reason to the applicant regarding payment to the cheaters despite the request of the applicant to withhold the payment. Right to reason is the indispensable part of the sound administrative system. The decision of the bank was corrupt so they are not confining to the matter of fact.

Subject: Credit Card Transaction dispute with Merchant

Ref. No.  Transaction Dispute Ref. No. 91911054323

Dear Yes Bank Team,

I am writing this mail in continuation of my discussion with your customer care team regarding a transaction dispute with a merchant on credit card payment. Here detail and fact of the case is as under:

Transaction Date - 02/05/2022Transaction Amount - INR 1,20,000/-Disputed Amount - INR 1,20,000/-Merchant Name - Club High Sky OPC Pvt. Ltd. We were on vacation to Manali - Himachal Pradesh, when a merchant representative approached us to attend a promotional event in a nearby Hotel. We went there where they were promoting club membership but instead of directly saying this they have a multi-layer chain of different teams to confuse us on where and what purpose we are going.

By all this means and processes they asked us to take their club membership for which we were not keen. They started to check your card for EMI working/ offer etc. and anyhow forced us to make a payment unwillingly with huge promises. They have not provided any receipt for payment, no mail communication till date, nothing has happened till now except payment of INR 1,20,000/-.

So, I want to exit this and get out of this forced / influenced transaction. Requesting you to please cancel this transaction and support your customer

Concerned Bank staff may explain what gratification was given by the alleged cheater that they overlooked the request of the aggrieved applicant and did not withhold the payment which caused not only money loss but also physical and mental torture to the aggrieved applicant.
