Grievance Description

The matter concerns the jurisdiction of District Magistrate / Sud divisional Magistrate Sadar, District-Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh under section 38 of The U.P. Stamp Act, 2008 (U.P. An Act to consolidate and amend the law relating to stamp duties in the State of Uttar Pradesh

 The matter concerns the theft of stamp duty by colluding with staff of Tehsil Sadar District-Mirzapur comes under the ambit of Sub divisional Magistrate Sadar. Therefore an enquiry may be ordered by the competent authority so that corrupt deeds causing huge loss to public exchequer may be compensated with appropriate penalty and accountable staff of Tehsil Sadar District-Mirzapur may be subject to penal proceedings of theft of stamp duty under law of land.With due respect, the applicant invites the kind attention of the Honourable Sir to the following submissions as follows.


1-I pray before the Honourable Sir that  51A. Fundamental duties It shall be the duty of every citizen of India (a) to abide by the Constitution and respect its ideals and institutions, the National Flag and the National Anthem(h) to develop the scientific temper, humanism and the spirit of inquiry and reform(i) to safeguard public property and to abjure violence


(j) to strive towards excellence in all spheres of individual and collective activity so that the nation constantly rises to higher levels of endeavour and achievement.


2-It is submitted before the Honourable Sir that Honourable Sir may be pleased to take a glance of attached Photographs which is showing hundreds of trees which price in Lakhs are sold by Raghuvar Dayal Singh Son of Bhanu Pratap Singh without calculating it to steal stamp duty. 3- I pray before the Honourable Sir that many rooms are constructed in the sold land which was not shown in the sale deed and registry paper and sold as plain agriculture land so offenders must be booked for the theft of stamp duty under the law of land accordingly. 


4-It is submitted before the Honourable Sir that According to Bhulekh Document available on the website of Government of Uttar Pradesh attached to this plaint, Raghuvar Dayal Singh S/O Bhanu Pratap Singh village- Kothra Kantit, Tahsil- Sadar, District-Mirzapur  sold its land covering area 0.329 hectare to his daughter in-law Rita Singh W/O Jaydheer Singh on 12/11/2021 village- Kothra Kantit, Tahsil- Sadar, District-Mirzapur as well as Raghuvar Dayal Singh S/O Bhanu Pratap Singh village- Kothra Kantit, Tahsil- Sadar, District-Mirzapur  sold its land covering area 0.329 hectare to his daughter in-law Priya Singh W/O Dileep Singh on 12/11/2021 village- Kothra Kantit, Tahsil- Sadar, District-Mirzapur from his Khata number-136 which had been kept as mortgage to Branch Manager Aryavart Bank Shree Nivas Dham quite obvious from the order passed by the Tahsildar Sadar on 05/03/2018 and entry made by revenue inspector dated 05/03/2018. 5-I pray before the Honourable Sir that Raghuvar Dayal Singh S/O Bhanu Pratap Singh  sold its land covering area 0.329 hectare to Rajendra Singh S/O Late Jagdish Singh

Address: Village - Kothara Kantit, Balua, Post - Shree Nivas Dham, Police station - Jigana, District: Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh, PIN Code-231313.

                 Please take appropriate action in the matter so that nexus between public and private syndicate indulged in stamp duty may be exposed. Enquiry by the credible staff so that nexus may weakened. There must be end of such corruption.
