उपरोक्त विषयक आपका आनलाइन अपीलीय रजिस्ट्रेशन संख्या-DRJAR/A/2023 /60002, दिनांक 07.01.2023 इस कार्यालय में प्राप्त हुआ है, जिसके द्वारा पूर्व आनलाइन रजिस्ट्रेशन संख्या-DRJAR/R/2022/80153, दिनांक 30.12.2022 (मा० राज्यपाल कार्यालय से आनलाइन अन्तरित होकर कार्यालय में प्राप्त) से सम्बन्धित वांछित सूचना के सम्बन्ध में अपील की गयी है।

उक्त के सम्बन्ध में अवगत कराना है कि अधीक्षक/ जन सूचना अधिकारी, कारागार मुख्यालय के पत्र संख्या- ज० सू० सेल- 1 / आनलाइन / 286/22, दिनांक 06.01.2023 द्वारा आपको अवगत कराया गया है कि वांछित सूचना कारागार विभाग से सम्बन्धित नहीं है एवं न ही कारागार मुख्यालय द्वारा संरक्षित होती है, जिस कारण इस सम्बन्ध में विभाग द्वारा सूचना दिया जाना सम्भव नहीं है, जिस पर आप द्वारा आपत्ति व्यक्त करते हुए अपील की गयी हैं।

अतः आपका अपीलीय पत्र इस आशय के साथ निस्तारित किया जा रहा है कि वांछित सूचना अन्य विभागों से सम्बन्धित है। उक्त सूचना सीधे सम्बन्धित विभाग से प्राप्त की जा सकती है, प्रत्येक विभाग में जन सूचना अधिकारी नामित हैं।

अतः उपरोक्त सूचना सम्बन्धित विभाग से प्राप्त करने हेतु सम्बन्धित विभाग से पत्राचार एवं आनलाइन आवेदन कर प्राप्त करने का कष्ट करें। तद्नुसार आपका अपीलीय पत्र दिनांक 07.01.2023 निस्तारित किया जाता है।
