Sir , I have recharged two BSNL mobile numbers. Which are as follows . Mobile number 9336 25 2631 and mobile number 979 4760348. The applicant has done the recharge of 1515 denomination which validity exist for 1 year. It is most unfortunate that this recharge is not showing in the BSNL care app and BSNL care app is not showing the current status of the recharge and data uses. Some screen shots taken from the BSNL care app is attached to the grievance in the PDF form. Honorable sir may take a glance after attached PDF documents to the grievance to be apprised with the current position. Sir with such behaviour of the BSNL care app the applicant is in the state of dilemma because the applicant cannot know what is the current status of the recharge. Honorable sir this is the state of utter confusion because BSNL care app is always showing zero data status.

Think about the gravity of situation that instead of providing the current status of the account in the BSNL care app they are trying to deviate the attention through their inconsistent and bogus report which is arbitrary. It seems that they did not take the perusal of the contents of the grievance in which it has been categorically requested that the current status of the account must be reflected in the account of the applicant. From the BSNL care app one cannot know the data status because it is still showing the status of the earlier recharge in which data has been exhausted but subsequent recharge is not showing into the account which is orbitrary action on the part of Bharat sanchar Nigam limited. Here this question arises that why the subsequent recharge was not activated to show in the account undoubtedly it is active into the account but not showing not displaying into the account. The problem before the customer is that customer cannot know the current status

श्रीमान चीफ जनरल मैनेजर महोदय आपको एक छोटी सी बात समझ में नहीं आती है कि जब प्रार्थी द्वारा सबसीक्वेंट रिचार्ज किया जा चुका है तो सबसिक्विंट रिचार्ज का स्टेटस प्रार्थी के अकाउंट में डिस्प्ले होना चाहिए किंतु कभी मेहनत करके तो पढ़ाई लिखाई किए नहीं आप इसलिए आपको जल्दी कोई बात समझ में आती नहीं है कितनी शर्मनाक स्थिति है आप कह रहे हैं कि बीएसएनएल केयर एप का जिस काम में उपयोग होना चाहिए उसमें करिए सोचिए बीएसएनएल केयर ऐप्स में अपने अकाउंट के स्टेटस तक नहीं जान सकता बीएसएनएल केयर ऐप से जब मैं रिचार्ज करता हूं तो फेल हो जाता है यह आपकी अयोग्यता नहीं तो और क्या है। आपको किसने मुख्य महाप्रबंधक बना दिया मुझे समझ में नहीं आता है इसी से तो पता चलता है कि सरकार में बहुत ज्यादा भ्रष्टाचार है जो आप जैसे लोगों को उच्च पदों पर आसीन कर देता है मेरे पुराने रिचार्ज के स्टेटस को हटाकर नए रिचार्ज का स्टेटस दीजिए जिससे मुझे डाटा यूज़ पता चल सके Think about the gravity of situation that instead of providing the current status of the account in the BSNL care app they are trying to deviate the attention through their inconsistent and bogus report which is arbitrary. It is quite obvious that concerned staff has no dedication to the service which is the root cause of this arbitrary and inconsistent report.
