​Information finally denied by State Bank of India by taking recourse that it is private information which cannot be provided under the RTI act 2005. Right to information act 2005 does not accept the work of the staff of the public authority as the private work and here update of PAN card concerns the working of the public authority State Bank of India. The information exempted from disclosure you may not provide but information concerning staff who were indulged in corrupt practices must be revealed. The corrupt personnel are still running scot-free.​
