Thanks UPADMIN Here this question arises that why had at the place of mop of the State Bank of India the homepage of the treasury displayed on the screen of the computer repeatedly? Which is an error on the part of directorate of the treasury. For the failure of the payment on the RTI portal of the Government of Uttar Pradesh two emails are given one belongs to the State Bank of India and other belongs to the department of treasury. In case of failure of the transactions on the RTI portal of the Government of Uttar Pradesh these two emails are used to make the complaint. It is to be noted that when the complaint email was sent by the applicant on the two emails then staff of the State Bank of India replied promptly while the reply of the staff of the treasury is still awaited and staff of the State Bank of India said that for the failure of this transaction State Bank of India is not accountable and they give the proof of it. Which automatically implies that your role is bogus in the transaction processing for the RTI fee on the portal of the Government of Uttar Pradesh. Whether it is not ridiculous comment on the part of your staff that the matter is not concerned with the department of treasury? Undoubtedly you are drawing the huge amount of salary from the public treasury for the delivery of the public services but in public services delivery you are totally failed. It is quite obvious that from your cryptic works the information seekers making efforts to submit application under right to information act 2005 are getting frustrated which must not be repeated by your staff in wide public interest. You must learn a lesson from domestic dogs who are beaten by their masters yet they perform the chaukidari well which is their natural instinct. At the similar per platform you are drawing huge salary from the public exchequer but not interested to perform duty with devotion. Practically you are servant but you have set up your mind of master. This is state of self hypnotism you must avoid it as it is a kind of disease. Schizophrenia is a psychological disorder you must avoid it. Right to reason is the indispensable part of sound administrative system so you must provide reason of it what was the cause of the failure of the transactions during the payment of RTI fee on the portal of the Government?
