Registered under Multi State Societies Cooperative Act is a major concern of the aggrieved people. A large section of people has been made prey by the company named Saharayn Universal Multipurpose Society Ltd. Registered under Multi State Societies Cooperative Act having blessings of constitutional functionaries and the governments quite obvious from 100 percent tolerance of government as supporting bankrupt company and overlooking the interest of the common citizens. Whether Saharayn Universal Multipurpose Society Ltd. Registered under Multi State Societies Cooperative Act was registered by the government of India to loot the innocent and gullible people of this country?

A divisional bench of the Chief Justice D.N. Patel and Justice Jyoti Singh said Saharayn is allowed to continue its business till the next date of hearing. The petition has been filed by the Saharayn Universal Multipurpose Society Limited registered under the Multi State Cooperative Societies Act, through Advocate Neha Gupta alleging that there have been complaints from only 0.06 percent members out of thousands of members on whose complaints the Authority has acted upon. The advocate of the defaulter company and the concerned court must know that every investor of the defaulter company wants their money back and agents of the company are so frustrated that they have gone into depression. Think about the gravity of situation that Subrat Rai Sahara was sent behind the bar by the apex court of India then this news circulated in entire print and electronic media but when he was released and freed no comment came through the print and electronic media whether he has resolved the problems of the customers they have sorted out the problems in the mysterious and cryptic working style. Whether cheaters may be allowed to do the business on the land of India but because of the corrupt public staff everything is possible in this country because of the lowering standard of the corrupt public staff in this country. Our public staff has been too much greedy and they are finding itself unable to control its greed, so they are allowing greedy giants sucking the blood of the innocent and gullible people. Now the situation is so grim that no staff of the company are attending the branch offices because of resentment prevailed in the investors who have been uncontrolled to get back their money. Saharayn Universal Multipurpose Society Limited was established in the beginning of the year 2014 and since then has been successfully given services to its members. SUMSL is one of the largest multi-purpose cooperative societies of India and provides functional autonomy in 17 states/uts. The current Sahara is the new alternate of the Sahara company which was provided by Modi government after the conviction of Subrat Rai Sahara by the supreme court of India on his fraudulent activities.
ReplyDeleteUndoubtedly during the regime of our great prime minister Narendra damodardas Modi who advocates preventive action of the Central bureau of investigation is better than punitive action, corruption in the government machinery has been legalized and poor people are running from one quarter to other quarter. It seems that entire democratic process has been hijacked by a particular outfit.
