1-You already informed that no N.O.C. sought by Raghuvar Dayal Singh S/O Bhanu Pratap Singh.

Provide the action taken by the bank thereafter. If subsequent action not taken, provide the reason as Right to reason is indispensable part of sound administrative system. I am not your foe but friend.

2-Provide circular of the bank which allow branch manager to remain silent when Mortgagor/ Raghuvar Dyal Singh S/O Bhanu Pratap Singh sold his mortgaged land to bank without seeking prior approval from the bank.

3-Provide the information regarding current position of the borrowed money regarding paid or non-paid only as concerns corruption if not paid.
