Same report has been attached by SPIO/AdditionalSuperintendent of police in the office of Superintendent of police Mirzapur. 

 

SPIO in the office of S.P. Mirzapur may provide the following information.

1-Son of the applicant called the police by dialling 112, but the boring still continued by the offenders. Please provide the documents/order note of competent authority which made police impotent to take action in the matter.

2-In sub judice/ lis pendens matter, offenders are trying to supersede the jurisdiction of the competent revenue court, and police are mute spectators. Which canon of law supports the stagnancy of police in the matter?

3-Provide the posting details with names and designations of police personnel who visited the site today and failed to stop illegal boring in impugned land.

1- आवेदक के बेटे ने 112 डायल करके पुलिस को फोन किया, लेकिन अपराधियों द्वारा बोरिंग अभी भी जारी रही। कृपया सक्षम प्राधिकारी के दस्तावेज/आदेश नोट प्रदान करें जिसने पुलिस को इस मामले में कार्रवाई करने के लिए नपुंसक बना दिया।

 2- न्यायाधीन/न्यायाधीन मामले में, अपराधी सक्षम राजस्व न्यायालय के अधिकार क्षेत्र की जगह लेने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं, और पुलिस मूकदर्शक बनी हुई है। कानून का कौन सा कैनन इस मामले में पुलिस की जड़ता का समर्थन करता है?

3- उन पुलिसकर्मियों के नाम और पदनाम के साथ पोस्टिंग विवरण प्रदान करें, जिन्होंने आज साइट का दौरा किया और विवादित भूमि में अवैध बोरिंग को रोकने में विफल रहे।
