* Prayer or Relief Sought Registration Number DGPOF/R/2022/60605 Name Lalit Mohan Kasera Date of Filing 31/07/2022 REQUEST FORWARDED TO PIO as on 23/09/2022 Details of PIO :- Telephone Number:- 9454401105, Email Id:- addlspopmzr@gmail.com Here it is quite obvious that Lalit Mohan Kasera submitted an RTI request before the office of DGP Lucknow on 31 July 2022 and the office of DGP Lucknow transferred it to ZONE OFFICE POLICE VARANASI. vide registration number :- ZOPVN/R/2022/80012 on 03 August 2022 and ZONE OFFICE POLICE VARANASI.transferred it to SUPERINTENDENT OF POLICE OFFICE MIRZAPUR. vide registration number :- SPMZR/R/2022/80006 on the same day. It is quite obvious that after languishing in the office of S.P. Mirzapur for one month 20 days, it was sent to the table of PIO in the office of S.P. Mirzapur on 23 September 2022 with the note You are advised to contact the above-mentioned officer for further details. After all, it is 08 November 2022 which means one month 14 days passed and Public Information Officer in the office of S.P. Mirzapur did not provide information to information seeker showing his insolence to the provisions of Right to Information Act 2005. Why is he taking provisions of the Right to Information Act 2005 under his teeth is itself a burning question? Whether such procrastination on the part of Public Information Officer in the office of S.P. Mirzapur is not showing his reluctance to provide information seekers. If Public Information Officer in the office of S.P. Mirzapur is not interested in serving the public then he should voluntarily take compulsory retirement for the sake of people in the state. The Right to Information Act 2005 was introduced to promote transparency and accountability in the working of the public authorities so that growing corruption in the working of public authorities may be reduced. Public Information Officer in the office of S.P. Mirzapur is not interested in promotion of transparency and accountability in the working of the public authority, quite obvious from his cryptic working style. Public Information Officer in the office of S.P. Mirzapur may be directed to provide the following information at the earliest and disciplinary action must be taken against him for violating the provisions of the Right to Information Act 2005. १-जनसूचना अधिकारी बताये पुलिस को एक्स रे रिपोर्ट अधिकतम कितने दिन में मिलना चाहिए २-जनसूचना अधिकारी बताये कितना और चोट लगता तो पुलिस प्रथम सूचना रिपोर्ट दर्ज करती क्योंकि छह टाके लगे श्रीमान जी प्रार्थी के हाथ की हड्डी टूट गई प्रार्थी ले शरीर का कोई अंग ऐसा नहीं था जिस पर चोट न लगा हो लेकिन पुलिस प्रथम सूचना रिपोर्ट दर्ज नहीं कर रही है ३-सम्बंधित पुलिस जनसूचना अधिकारी प्रार्थी को एक्स रे रिपोर्ट और एक्स रे की प्रति उपलब्ध कराये ४-पुलिस द्वारा निरोधात्मक कार्यवाही अपराध कारित होने के उपरांत करना और अपराध को नजरअंदाज करना किस नियम से पोषित है नियम उपलब्ध कराये
