Details of inheritors 1-Uma Singh W/O Shiv Bahadur Singh, 2-Prasant Singh S/O Shiv Bahadur Singh and annexures with this grievance in PDF form are as follows.  1-Death certificate of Shiv Bahadur Singh S/O Vijay Bahadur Singh 2-Aadhar card of Prasant Singh S/O Shiv Bahadur Singh 3-Aadhar card of Uma Singh WO Shiv Bahadur Singh. An application under Article 51 A of the constitution of India on behalf of Prasant Singh Son of Let Shiv Bahadur Singh regarding inheritance of the ancestral property to the son and the wife.

2-Provide the circular which makes it mandatory to submit an online application for the applicants cum inheritors seeking inheritance.

 3-To maintain the revenue records is the obligatory duty of the Lekhpal, provide the circular which prohibits the transfer of property from deceased to inheritors if inheritors do not submit the representation to do so. 

4-Provide the list of deaths reported by the Lekhpal concerned in two years i.e. financial year 2020-21 and 2021-22 to the department of revenue and status of inheritance to inheritors.

5-Provide date of posting of Tehsildar, S.D.M. Revenue inspector concerned and Lekhpal concerned in Tehsil Phulpur as well as in District -Prayag Raj.
