* Description of Information Sought. Here sought pieces of information concerning the posting details of Assistant State Public Information Officer/circle officer city, Prabhat Ray posted in the same office for many years without being transferred. Consequently, Mr Prabhat Ray managed his posting at the same place by violating the new transfer policy year 2022-23 of the government of Uttar Pradesh ratified by chief secretary Mr Durga Shankar Mishra through the government order dated 15 June 2022. जन सूचना अधिकारी मिर्जापुर जिले में कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की अपनी तिथि, पदनाम और अपना  नाम बताये श्री मान जी क्यों हर अधिकारी जहा पोस्टिंग हुई वही कुर्सी से जोक की तरह लिपट जाता है फिर वहा से हटना ही नहीं चाहता है जैसे प्रभात राय किन्तु आप क्यों  कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की अपनी तिथि को प्रार्थी को उपलब्ध कराने से भाग रहे है
