It is quite obvious that the information seeker sought information on 16 August 2022 and my application was disposed of by providing incomplete information by the state public information officer in the office of the superintendent of police. This categorically implies that SPIO violated subsection 1 of section 7 of the Right to Information Act 2005. I think that he is habitual to do so. 

Sir, SPIO did not provide the information and disposed of the RTI application arbitrarily causing the appellant to submit multiple applications.

​Here sought pieces of information concerning the posting details of Assistant State Public Information Officer/circle officer city, Prabhat Ray posted in the same office for many years without being transferred. Consequently, Mr Prabhat Ray managed his posting at the same place by violating the new transfer policy year 2022-23 of the government of Uttar Pradesh ratified by chief secretary Mr Durga Shankar Mishra through the government order dated 15 June 2022. 

It is quite obvious that Assistant State Public Information Officer/circle officer city, Prabhat Ray did not provide any information concerning posting details and escaping from the matter arbitrarily.

Now information seeker seek​s​ very brief information from the public information officer.

1-Public information officer may provide his date of joining in Mirzapur district, designation and name.

जन सूचना अधिकारी मिर्जापुर जिले में कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की अपनी तिथि, पदनाम और अपना  नाम बताये श्री मान जी क्यों हर अधिकारी जहा पोस्टिंग हुई वही कुर्सी से जोक की तरह लिपट जाता है फिर वहा से हटना ही नहीं चाहता है जैसे प्रभात राय किन्तु आप क्यों  कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की अपनी तिथि को प्रार्थी को उपलब्ध कराने से भाग रहे है
