* Description of Information Sought Assistant public information officer Mr Prabhat Ray, circle officer, city Mirzapur denied the sought Information by taking recourse of subsection 2 b of section 4 of UTTAR PRADESH RIGHT TO INFORMATION RULES, 2015. Here it is noticeable that Information seeker has attached the same information sought from Public Information Officer in the office of police commissioner Lucknow by anti-corruption crusader Yogi M. P. Singh and PIO has provided the same information through station officer Ashiana police station. Lucknow police did not deny the information, but Mirzapur police is running away from complying the provisions of R.T.I. Act 2005 quite obvious from the attached document. Now information seeker seeks very brief information from public information officer. 

1-Public information officer may provide his date of joining in Mirzapur district, designation and name also his CUG mobile number.
