* Prayer or Relief Sought Kamlesh Singh sought three points of information from PIO in the office of superintendent of police Mirzapur unfortunately no information made available by the SPIO in the office of superintendent. Case description is as follows. Date of criminal incident took place-16 June 2022, 

Time of crime committed by the offenders-entire day up to evening. Place where crime took place-Address as aforementioned and site quite obvious from the attached photographs. 

Details of the offenders are as follows.1-Raghuvar Dayal Singh S/O Bhanu Pratap Singh 2-Dilip Singh S/O Raghuvar Dayal Singh.

 The address of the aforementioned offenders is as follows. Village Kothra Kantit, Post Shree Nivas Dham, Police station Jigna, Pin code 231313, Country India, State Uttar Pradesh, On 16 June 2022, aforementioned two offenders sold 12 green trees to timber merchant who used vehicles to transport the green trees and the video made of the crime scene in which staff of the timber merchant and a vehicle is visible. The appellant itself accepting the fact that both are farmers, but both sold green trees to timber merchant which is illegal. Here this fact is not important, what is the relationship between them and the appellant but the fact that they caused the falling of green trees with substantial evidence is the core issue. Here State Public Information officer only misled the appellant through a minted story instead of confining to three points sought information.
