PIO in the office of his excellency may provide the following information within time as stipulated under subsection 1 of section 7 of Right to Information Act 2005. 

1- Provide information regarding the use of email  governor@upgovernor.gov.in . 

2-Office of governor entertains complaints against lawlessness and anarchy of the government as representative of the central government to ensure rule of law in the state. Please provide a mechanism for how the grievances of the common people in the state of Uttar Pradesh are invited by the office of the governor of Uttar Pradesh. 

3-Provide the executive emails of the the office of the governor working to invite the complaints and grievances of the common people frustrated with lawlessness and anarchy of corrupt public functionaries in the state of Uttar Pradesh.

Here it is quite obvious that the applicant has raised the matter concerns the matter of non-compliance of the set-up norm by the working body by colluding with the monitoring body of the government. Department of the government-Namami Gange, Government of Uttar Pradesh You motivate good governance but where is good governance if there is no accountability They must meditate on it that what solution they have provided the applicant. It is confirmed that they provided inconsistent and arbitrary reply which can neither be relevant nor justified. It seems that they did not understand the contents of the grievance which is the road cars they replied in the awkward manner which must never be allowed. न्याय में देरी न्याय से वंचित है मुझे उम्मीद है कि आप बिना किसी और देरी और किसी भी प्रकार की देरी के मामले में जल्द से जल्द कार्रवाई करेंगे। Justice delayed is justice denied. I expect that you will take action in the matter at the earliest without any further delay and any kind of procrastination. Think about gravity of situation that department of Namami gange submitted arbitrary and inconsistent report to conceal its corruption This is a humble request of your applicant to you Honourable Sir that how can it be justified to withhold public services arbitrarily and promote anarchy, lawlessness and chaos arbitrarily by making the mockery of law of land?
