* Prayer or Relief Sought The matter concerns the incompetent public information officer in collectorate, District-Prayagraj who violated the subsection 1 of section 7 of Right to Information Act 2005. Registration Number DMOPR/R/2022/60252 Name Uma Singh Date of Filing 25/07/2022 Status REQUEST FORWARDED TO PIO as on 26/07/2022 Details of PIO: - Telephone Number: - 9454417824 It is 14 Oct 2022 today which means -TAHSILDAR PHULPOOR, Prayagraj did not provide information to widow Uma Singh in RTI request dated 25/07/2022 in two months 19 days. Which is a mockery of provisions of Right to Information Act 2005. I think that SPIO in collectorate Prayagraj must be given compulsory retirement because of his incompetency to the post. Think about the gravity of situation that personnel incompetent to understand the provisions of the Right to Information Act 2005 has been designated as SPIO collectorate, Prayagraj. Whether promotion of rule of law can be expected from such personnel whose knowledge is nil regarding the provisions of Right to Information Act 2005 but posted as SPIO as well as nodal officer. Working of Tehsils is directly monitored by D.M. Prayagraj through chief revenue officer and from anarchy in Tehsil Phulpur only reflects the mismanagement in the working of D. M. Prayagraj. The Right to Information Act, 2005 is an Act to provide for setting out the practical regime of right to information for citizens to secure access to information under the control of public authorities, in order to promote transparency and accountability in the working of every public authority, the constitution of a Central Information Commission and State Information Commissions and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto. Here this question arises: why are district magistrate and SPIO collectorates escaping from providing information to information seekers quite obvious from the insolence of Tehsildar, Tehsil Phulpur, District-Prayagraj? 

Public Information Officer in the office of sub divisional magistrate Phulpur, District-Prayagraj may provide the following information to the information seeker within stipulated time as prescribed under subsection 1 of section 7 of the Right to Information Act 2005. 

1-Provide the copy of the report submitted by the Lekhpal of the aforementioned revenue village and enquiry made today i.e., on 25 July 2022 before the sub divisional magistrate Phulpur, District-Prayagraj. 

2-Please provide the circular and office memorandum which allow the staff of Tehsil Phulpur District-Prayagraj to encroach the rights of citizens without inviting their viewpoints and claim of the victim. It is obligatory duty of Tehsil to decide our share of land so we could reside in our village. 

3-Provide the posting details of the sub divisional magistrate Phulpur, Tehsildar Phulpur, concerned revenue inspector and Lekhpal including date of joining in the district-Prayagraj.
