मामला उपजिलाधिकारी फूलपुर जनपद प्रयागराज के अब्यवस्था और अराजकता से सम्बंधित है अराजकता जिनकी कार्यशैली का हिस्सा बन चुका है यदि दस्तावेज मेंटेन करना लेखपाल का काम है तो उसने मृत्यु की सूचना और वरासत सम्बन्धी कार्य की प्रगति क्यों नही की सरकार क्या इतनी भारी भरकम तनख्वाह आराम करने के लिए दिया है Think about deep-rooted corruption in Tehasil Phulpur Prayagraj, after feedback submitted by the aggrieved applicant on the Jansunwai, S.D.M. Phulpur submitted third person report instead of rectifying his errors. सोचिए जनसुनवाई पोर्टल की हालत कितनी खराब है आवेदन वरासत के लिए किया गया है मृतक शिव बहादुर सिंह की पत्नी उमा सिंह और पुत्र प्रसांत  सिंह के  नाम अभी तक वरासत नहीं हुआ जबकि मृत्यु हुए 2 वर्ष से ज्यादा हो गए और फिर कानूनगो और लेखपाल उपजिलाधिकारी फूलपुर की सहमति से बुधनी पत्नी शिवबरन   की आख्या इस आवेदन में लगाकर फीडबैक को हल कर दिया गया सोचिए इससे बड़ा भ्रष्टाचार क्या हो सकता है योगी आदित्यनाथ जी इमानदारी की वकालत करते हैं और कार्यशैली में एक भी ईमानदारी नहीं है
जब की बुधनी पत्नी शिवबरन की आख्या आई जी आर एस संख्या 60000220116205 में लगानी थी यह मानवीय भूल नहीं है बल्कि जानबूझ कर की गयी लापरवाही है जवाबदेही से बचने के लिए विस्तृत विवरण के लिए संलग्नक देखे

Details of inheritors 1-Uma Singh W/O Shiv Bahadur Singh, 2-Prasant Singh S/O Shiv Bahadur Singh and annexures with this grievance in PDF form are as follows.  1-Death certificate of Shiv Bahadur Singh S/O Vijay Bahadur Singh 2-Aadhar card of Prasant Singh S/O Shiv Bahadur Singh 3-Aadhar card of Uma Singh WO Shiv Bahadur Singh. An application under Article 51 A of the constitution of India on behalf of Prasant Singh Son of Let Shiv Bahadur Singh regarding inheritance of the ancestral property to the son and the wife. The matter concerns Lekhpal of the village panchayat Saraijeet Ray Urf Pure Bhava, Tehsil- Phulpur, District- Prayag raj. Respected Sir more than 2 years passed since the date when my father departed for the heavenly abode but it is most unfortunate that ancestral properties in the name of Late father are still not transferred to the sun Prashant Singh and wife widow Uma Singh quite obvious from the revenue records.  दिवंगत शिव बहादुर सिंह के पुत्र प्रसान्त  सिंह की ओर से भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 51 ए के तहत पुत्र और पत्नी को पैतृक संपत्ति के उत्तराधिकार के संबंध में एक आवेदन। मामला ग्राम पंचायत के लेखपाल सरायजीत राय उर्फ पुरे भावा , तहसील- फूलपुर, जिला-प्रयागराज का है. आदरणीय महोदय, मेरे पिता को स्वर्गलोक में जाने की तारीख से 2 वर्ष से अधिक समय बीत चुका है, लेकिन यह सबसे दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण है कि स्वर्गीय पिता के नाम पर पैतृक संपत्ति अभी भी पुत्र प्रसांत सिंह और पत्नी विधवा उमा सिंह को हस्तांतरित नहीं हुई है, , जो कि स्पष्ट रूप राजस्व रिकॉर्ड से स्पष्ट है   Father of the applicant expired on 29 October 2019 whether it was not obligatory duty of the Lekhpal concerned to report the matter instead of falsely claiming that in grievance followed death certificate is not attached. Both the revenue inspector and Lekhpal were seeking the Aadhar card, then I said the Aadhar card of father and mother is attached to the grievance and as far as the Aadhar card of me and brothers are concerned I will send it on whatsapp. Lekhpal is a low level bureaucrat in Indian states. Upto 1906 he was paid by the village itself but now he is a salaried government employee. He usually has two or more villages in his charge. The duties of lekhpal include conducting surveys, inspection of fields, recording crop data, revision of official maps of fields and other village lands and reports revision related to mutations, partitions. Collection of revenues. Collection of rents of government's rented places. He also reports the death of a person in a village to update data like property mutation, crime and also helps police to make a roadmap for investigation in such cases if asked. In case of natural disaster, he makes reports and assists to provide relief. He is also required to assist in providing relief to agricultural distress and also in census operations. A Lekhpal reports to Kanoongo. So basically, he is viewed as the ears and eyes of the Collector at the village level.

Government of Uttar Pradesh is failed to curb the corruption prevaild in the tehsil and in the working of the police because both the institutions are prime source of back door income of the corrupt public functionaries but it is most unfortunate that our honest prime minister and honest Chief minister are not interested to curb the corrupt activities prevaild in the working of the institutions in the state of Uttar Pradesh.
