It is fact that department of justice sent matter to High court at Allahabad, but Registrar General threw it into dustbin and DOJ is confused

Reply Document श्रीमान जी आप कह रहे हैं कि व्यथा को आपने माननीय उच्च न्यायालय के महा निबंधक के यहां उचित कार्यवाही के लिए भेज दिया है किंतु आपने यह नहीं स्पष्ट किया कि आप किस व्यथा की बात कर रहे हैं क्योंकि उपरोक्त संबंध में तीन व्यथा आपके पास भेजी गई है श्रीमान जी आपके द्वारा जो निस्तारण आख्या प्रस्तुत की गई है वह एक खाली पेज है जिसको स्कैन किया गया है यह किसी तरह से उपयुक्त नहीं है पूर्व में भी आप द्वारा इसी तरह से आख्या लगाई गई जिससे भ्रम की स्थिति पैदा हुई है और आज माननीय उच्च न्यायालय के निबंधक द्वारा इंकार कर दिया गया कि आपने कोई व्यथा उनके पास भेजा है निस्तारण वास्ते और आज भी आप उसी कार्यशैली का अनुकरण कर रहे हैं जो रहस्यमई है यह तो निश्चित है कि या तो आप झूठ बोल रहे हैं या माननीय उच्च न्यायालय के निबंधक द्वारा झूठ बोला जा रहा है क्योंकि कुछ तो गड़बड़ है किंतु स्थित बहुत ही खतरनाक है यहां पर मामला न्याय विभाग और माननीय उच्च न्यायालय के विश्वसनीयता से संबंधित है श्रीमान जी किसी भी स्वस्थ लोकतंत्र की न्याय व्यवस्था को विश्वसनीय होना चाहिए किंतु यह स्पष्ट है कि यहां पर विश्वसनीयता प्रश्न गत घेरे में हैं

श्रीमान जी प्रकरण बहुत ही स्पष्ट है प्रकरण का संबंध किसी भी न्यायालय के कार्यवाही से संबंधित नहीं है बल्कि प्रकरण का संबंध इस बात  से है कि वह ईमेल जो भारत सरकार का न्याय विभाग उच्च न्यायालय इलाहाबाद को भेजा उसको  रजिस्टार जनरल ने किस आधार पर यह इनकार कर दिया कि उसके ऑफिस में वहां ईमेल अप्राप्त है किंतु आप गोल मटोल जवाब देकर मामले को टालने का प्रयास कर रहे हैं जबकि यह मामला सरकार के न्याय विभाग के कार्य  से संबंधित है यह कैसे हो सकता है कि न्याय विभाग कोई  पत्र उच्च न्यायालय इलाहाबाद को भेजें और महा निबंधक कार्यालय यह कहकर इंकार कर दे कि  उसके संबंध में कोई सूचना देने से कि वह उसके कार्यालय में अप्राप्त है अगर प्रार्थी जन सूचना अधिकार 2005 का प्रयोग ना करता है तो आप लोगों ने ऐसा गुल खिलाया था कि कुछ मालूम ही ना होता यह एक तरह से प्रार्थी को भ्रमित करने की स्थिति है आप तो दिखादिए कि आपने बहुत तुरंत कार्यवाही कर डाली आप कितने एक्टिव हैं सच्चाई यह है कि आपका पत्र आज तक उनके ऑफिस में पहुंचा ही नहीं इसको सुशासन नहीं कहते यह बहुत बड़ी अराजकता है जिसे दूर करने का प्रयास होना चाहिए अन्यथा परिणाम सामने है

Concerned staff of the department of justice, Government of India quotes as This department is not mandated to interfere in the business allocated to any court of India. Therefore, the grievance is closed with the remarks that the grievance does not pertain to the department of justice. From the contents available on the public grievance portal of the Government of India, it is quite obvious that available mechanism invites the redress of grievances from the citizens of this country concerning the corruption in judiciary and Mal practices which is now increasing sharply. Applications which are received by the department of justice on the public grievance portal concerning with the working of judges must be forward to the concerned mandate for the appropriate action. Here this question arises that if entire forwarded applications by the department of justice will be neglected by the registrar general of the high court of judicature at Allahabad in the similar manner then think about the fate of the applications submitted by the people and the credibility of the public grievance portal in the mind of the citizens of this country. Think about the gravity of situation that to take action on the forwarded grievance by the registrar general of the high court of judicature at Allahabad is far away but he overlooked negligentally the forwarded grievance by quoting that his office never received any such grievance. This implies that all the communications sent by the ministry of justice to the registrar general of the high court of judicature at Allahabad may be denied in the likewise manner. In such mysterious and cryptic dealings, innocent and gullible people of this country will feel cheated.
