State Bank of India cryptically blocked my Debit Card arbitrarily because I exposed the corruption of S.B.I. and income tax which is sheer illegal, unconstitutional and arbitrary action on the part of them.
I made an attempt to do transaction on 08 Sept 2022 through my Debit /MasterCard 5491-xxxx-xxxx-4414 , transaction ID 220908897278 but remained fail because a message displayed on the screen that Sorry, it appears that your bank has declined the transaction. Please contact your bank for clarifications. If the amount is debited from your bank account, it will be refunded within five working days.
Please quote reference number in all interactions/queries regarding this request.
Following two transactions also faced the same fate.

Please provide the genuine reason for declining the transactions made by the applicant through debit/MasterCard issued by the State Bank of India. You take the charge per year and this fee is charged for maintenance of the card . If you are not allowing transactions through a debit card, then what is its use for the applicant? To remain silent on the issue is to promote arbitrariness and tyranny in the working of the public authority.

सोचिए फरवरी 2021 से ही परेशान कर रहे हैं और अभी तक परेशान करना नहीं छोड़े पहले भी तीन डेबिटकार्ट ईसू कर चुके हैं और कोई भी कार्य अच्छे ढंग से नहीं किचला यह चौथा डेबिट कार्ड है 15 दिन तक सही चला है और 1 महीने तक चलने के बाद बंद कर दिए यही सुशासन है और यही विश्वसनीयता इस ढंग से कोई कंपनी इस भारत देश में अपना बिजनेस करती है जब मूड हुआ उपभोक्ता को परेशान करें जब मूड हुआ उपभोक्ता को ब्रांच पर बुला ले जैसे उसकी कोई स्वतंत्रता ही नहीं है अरे फीस देता है हर सेवा के बदले सेवा शुल्क लेने के बाद भी कस्टमर को परेशान करना कहां तक उचित है अपनी कार्यशैली में सुधार करें यदि डेबिट कार्ड नहीं चलाना है तो उसे वापस ले ले कम से कम वार्षिक प्रभार से तो बच जाएगा प्रार्थी किंतु ऐसा भी नहीं करेंगे क्योंकि वहां तो धोखेबाजो का गढ़ है ऐसा धोखा देकर पैसा कमाना अगर डेबिट कार्ड वापस ले लेंगे तो फिर शुल्क कैसे लेंगे उन्हें शुल्क चाहिए और डेबिट कार्ड भी नहीं चलना चाहिए ऐसा उनका संकल्प है और उस संकल्प पर चल रहे हैं ठीक है सरकार की विश्वसनीयता नहीं है तो कम से कम ईश्वर से तो डरें ईश्वर तो सब कुछ देख रहा है वह कभी किसी को माफ नहीं करता

It is quite obvious that MasterCard issued by the public authority State Bank of India is not working and they want that I may dance at the tuning of branch manager quite obvious from the attached report of the branch manager. Nanav the sexual position is that if they are not allowing the proper working of the debit card, then they must get back the debit card issued by them and must not charge the fee of the debit card annually. When I will have debit card they will block it time and again and I will have to face the physical and mental torture from them and such circumstances must be avoided as far as possible. They are frustrating the applicant through their cryptic and mysterious working style for one year. They do not want to provide the services of the debit card but they want to charge the services from the applicant which is illegal. To charge services without providing it is completely illegal and unconstional must be curbed by the government of India but our public functionaries are also corrupt they cannot do it. Think about the gravity of situation they block the transactions through the system but call me at the branch office to harass me.
