Department of justice misinformed applicant that his grievance was forwarded to registrar general High court of judicature at Allahabad for appropriate action.
Honourable Sir, please take a glance at the first page of the attached document to the grievance which is communication dated 01 Sept 2022 letter number-1402/R.T.I./351/2022/AHC of the registrar accounts/central public information officer of High court of judicature at Allahabad addressed to the applicant. In this communication, it has been categorically stated that after thorough search of the grievance number DEPOJ/E/2019/04435 as mentioned by the applicant in his applications dated 30/06/2022 and 19/04.2022 does not appear to have been received in the office of the Honourable court.

श्रीमान जी यह सच है कि यहां पर पीड़ित व्यक्ति के साथ बहुत बड़ा अन्याय हुआ है और यह अन्याय पुलिस और लोअर ज्यूडिशरी ने मिलकर किया है किंतु जब यह प्रकरण न्याय विभाग के सामने आया तो कितना गैर जिम्मेदाराना ढंग से लिया गया कि जिस व्यथा को माननीय उच्च न्यायालय में अग्रसारित किया गया वह माननीय उच्च न्यायालय द्वारा यह कहकर इनकार किया गया कि ऐसा प्रतीत होता है कि वह बता माननीय उच्च न्यायालय में आई ही नहीं क्योंकि यहां के कार्यालय द्वारा उसको रिसीव नहीं किया गया है श्रीमान जी क्या यह लोग स्वस्थ लोकतंत्र का परिचय हैं क्या स्वस्थ लोकतंत्र में इसी तरह की कार्यशैली होती है श्रीमान जी पारदर्शिता और जवाबदेही भी कुछ होता है पिछले 6 महीने से माननीय उच्च न्यायालय में पत्र व्यवहार हो रहा है और अब जाकर उन्होंने कहा कि आप द्वारा कोई भी शिकायत उनके यहां नहीं भेजी गई है जब सूचना देने का समय आया तो यह किस तरह से उपयुक्त है श्रीमान आप द्वारा यह स्पष्ट करना चाहिए की आप द्वारा प्रार्थी के व्यथा को माननीय उच्च न्यायालय को प्रेषित किया गया है इसका समुचित प्रमाण देना चाहिए किंतु आप द्वारा प्रमाण देने से भागा

Reply Document श्रीमान जी आप कह रहे हैं कि व्यथा को आपने माननीय उच्च न्यायालय के महा निबंधक के यहां उचित कार्यवाही के लिए भेज दिया है किंतु आपने यह नहीं स्पष्ट किया कि आप किस व्यथा की बात कर रहे हैं क्योंकि उपरोक्त संबंध में तीन व्यथा आपके पास भेजी गई है श्रीमान जी आपके द्वारा जो निस्तारण आख्या प्रस्तुत की गई है वह एक खाली पेज है जिसको स्कैन किया गया है यह किसी तरह से उपयुक्त नहीं है पूर्व में भी आप द्वारा इसी तरह से आख्या लगाई गई जिससे भ्रम की स्थिति पैदा हुई है और आज माननीय उच्च न्यायालय के निबंधक द्वारा इंकार कर दिया गया कि आपने कोई व्यथा उनके पास भेजा है निस्तारण वास्ते और आज भी आप उसी कार्यशैली का अनुकरण कर रहे हैं जो रहस्यमई है यह तो निश्चित है कि या तो आप झूठ बोल रहे हैं या माननीय उच्च न्यायालय के निबंधक द्वारा झूठ बोला जा रहा है क्योंकि कुछ तो गड़बड़ है किंतु स्थित बहुत ही खतरनाक है यहां पर मामला न्याय विभाग और माननीय उच्च न्यायालय के विश्वसनीयता से संबंधित है श्रीमान जी किसी भी स्वस्थ लोकतंत्र की न्याय व्यवस्था को विश्वसनीय होना चाहिए किंतु यह स्पष्ट है कि यहां पर विश्वसनीयता प्रश्न गत घेरे में हैं
