Grievance Status for registration number : PMOPG/E/2022/0203146 Grievance Concerns To Name Of Complainant Kiran Singh Date of Receipt 31/07/2022श्री मान जी जब क्षेत्राधिकारी को चौकी इंचार्ज से जवाब लगवानी थी तो प्रार्थिनी को क्यों कार्यालय बुलवाया गया क्षेत्राधिकारी द्वारा झूठा आश्वासन क्यों दिया गया की हम न्याय दिलाएंगे कम  से कम प्रार्थिनी कुछ पल के लिए यह विश्वास  गया की कुछ पुलिस कार्मिक ईमानदार भी है किन्तु वह हमारी  भूल थी हमारी पूर्व धारणा ही सही थी अब तो क्षेत्राधिकारी ने रजिस्ट्री पेपर का अवलोकन कर तो कम से कम अभी तो बता देते की वह जमीन प्रार्थिनी  की है श्री मान जी कृष्णा नगर पुलिस द्वारा प्रार्थिनी के परिवार को बंधक बना कर निजी रास्ते को कमला दयाल को कब्जा करवाया गया है Krishna Nagar police may remove encroachment from road which was encroached by offenders with help of them, then advise applicant as the offenders grabbed the private road of the applicant under the patronage of the concerned police.

कृष्णा नगर पुलिस उस सड़क से अतिक्रमण हटाए  जिस पर अपराधियों द्वारा उनकी मदद से अतिक्रमण किया गया था, फिर आवेदक को सलाह दें क्योंकि अपराधियों ने संबंधित पुलिस के संरक्षण में आवेदक की निजी सड़क पर कब्जा कर लिया है

The applicant has been the master of the road since 2005 and offenders grabbed the road just two months ago. Therefore earlier status quo be maintained by the police, then suggest offenders to obtain legitimate solutions. आवेदक 2005 से सड़क का मालिक है और अपराधियों ने दो महीने पहले ही सड़क हड़प ली थी। इसलिए पहले पुलिस द्वारा यथास्थिति बनाए जाने का प्रयास किया जाए, फिर अपराधियों को वैध समाधान प्राप्त करने का सुझाव दिया जाए क्योकि सड़क तो प्रार्थी का है ही जिसे सरकारी दस्तावेज और बाद का समझौता चीख चीख कर कह रहा है

श्री मान जी कमला दयाल उपनिरीक्षक लोकल इंटेलिजेंस यूनिट जिस भू स्वामी से भू खंड खरीदा है वह दूसरा है और प्रार्थिनी द्वारा जमीन श्री मती शिमला देवी पत्नी राम सहाय यादव से श्री राम बालक यादब पुत्र श्री शंकर लाल निवासी अली नगर सुनहरा की मध्यस्थता में खरीदी गयी और इस रोड का बिबाद पूर्व में प्रार्थिनी और भू स्वामिनी के बीच में पैदा हुआ था जिसका निस्तारण एक समझौते के रूप में हुआ और वह समझौता खुद थाना-कृष्णा नगर, लखनऊ, उत्तर प्रदेश के थाना प्रभारी द्वारा दिनांक १४ अप्रैल २००५ को कराया गया जिसके गवाह श्री राम बालक यादब पुत्र श्री शंकर लाल निवासी अली नगर सुनहरा और प्रेम प्रकाश पुत्र मक्का लाल निवासी केसरीखेड़ा थे श्री मान समझौते के अनुसार १६ फ़ीट रास्ते को प्रार्थिनी किरन सिंह को दिया गया है उस पर भू स्वामिनी के सगे सम्बन्धी कभी कोई दावा नहीं करेंगे और किसी को बेचेंगे भी नहीं उसका इस्तेमाल प्रार्थिनी को करना है आप कभी कहते है की प्रार्थिनी का रोड और रास्ता सुरक्षित है और कभी कहते है १५ फ़ीट रास्ता है जिस पर
