Most respectfully your victim invites the kind attention of the Honourable Sir to the following submissions as follows. 1-Your applicant submitted representation before the Honourable Sir on 30 April 2022 against the offenders when they assaulted the applicant and her husband and it is most regrettable that no action was taken by the concerned staff still even after more than three months. 2-Inaction on the part of police provoked the offenders who are making efforts to grab the house by breaching the agreement between offenders 1, 2 and husband of the applicant cum victim. 3-Whatever affidavit submitted by the offenders 1 and 2 before the High court of judicature at Allahabad and agreement made between parties with mutual consent is not being obeyed by the offenders currently is the root cause of conflict. Please register F.I.R. under appropriate sections of I.P.C. for criminal breach of contract and assaulting the applicant and her husband to provide justice to the aggrieved victim.

आवेदक का नाम-Archana Dubeyविषय-Earlier made a complaint before the Kotwali city police attached to this grievance. Details of offenders are also included in the grievance. Offenders are breaking the walls arbitrarily by breaching the terms of the agreement. The provision for Criminal Breach of Trust is mentioned in Chapter XVII under Section 405 of Indian Penal Code. Section 405, of Indian Penal Code, states: Section 420 of The Indian Penal Code talks about the offence of cheating which is committed by the person who cheats another person and thereby induces the deceived to deliver any property. This provision provides punishment for the same. 420 IPC Cheating and thereby dishonestly inducing delivery of property, or the making, alteration or destruction of a valuable security Imprisonment for 7 years and fine Cognizable Non-bailable Magistrate of the first class Provisions regarding cheating have been defined in the Indian Penal code in chapter XVII, Section 415-420 of the code deal with the offence of cheating. Section 415 defines the term cheating while S.417, 418, and 419 provide for punishment for the offence. Ingredients As mentioned earlier, Cheating has been defined in section 415 of the code.
