The matter concerns Sadar Tehsil District Mirzapur Uttar Pradesh where process of mutation is source of backdoor income creating conflicts in residents /citizens because frivolous litigations later on. मामला सदर तहसील जिला मिर्जापुर उत्तर प्रदेश से संबंधित है, जहां नामांतरण की प्रक्रिया पिछले दरवाजे से होने वाली आय का स्रोत है, जो बाद में तुच्छ मुकदमों के कारण निवासियों/नागरिकों में संघर्ष पैदा करती है
Sir, think about the gravity of situation where there is no title dispute between transferor and transferee, then why records in the Tehsil is not being modified after the registry of the plots even after more than 20 years.
महोदय, स्थिति की गम्भीरता के बारे में सोचें, जहां हस्तांतरणकर्ता और अंतरिती के बीच कोई मालिकाना विवाद नहीं है, तो 20 साल से अधिक समय के बाद भी भूखंडों की रजिस्ट्री के बाद भी तहसील में अभिलेखों को संशोधित क्यों नहीं किया जा रहा है
If you are still claiming transparency and accountability in mutation carried out at the level of Tehsils is undoubtedly baseless claim because it well established fact that process of mutation is lucrative source of black income of the concerned staff Tehsils.
यदि आप अभी भी तहसील स्तर पर किए गए म्यूटेशन में पारदर्शिता और जवाबदेही का दावा कर रहे हैं तो निस्संदेह निराधार दावा है क्योंकि यह अच्छी तरह से स्थापित तथ्य है कि म्यूटेशन की प्रक्रिया संबंधित कर्मचारी तहसीलों की काली आय का आकर्षक स्रोत है।
Most of the conflicts between the people is because of the lack of transparency and accountability in the working of Tehsil Sadar and other Tehsils. लोगों के बीच सबसे ज्यादा टकराव तहसील सदर और अन्य तहसीलों के कामकाज में पारदर्शिता और जवाबदेही की कमी के कारण होता है
The matter concerns law order failure and corruption in the government of Uttar Pradesh as Tehsils are not taking action regarding the mutation of the properties because of rampant corruption and Tehsil Sadar Mirzapur is exemplary. Following email sent to the office of chief secretary with trailing mail of the applicant by the Presidents Secretariat which is attached as the PDF document to this online application. Sadar Tehsil Mirzapur did not complete the process of mutation even after more than twenty years after the registry of the plots. The theft of electricity is on its peak in the state of Uttar Pradesh and the corruption is rampant in the public officers which is the root cause theft of electricity is taking place and the complaints made against the theft of electricity is not being taken seriously by the public staff in the Government of Uttar Pradesh quite obvious from the procrastination of the concerned staff. Undoubtedly our prime minister Narendra Damodar Modi and chief minister Yogi Adityanath are claiming to provide 24 hours electricity supply but what is the truth they themselves know better.. They should make efforts to curb the theft of electricity taking place on the large scale and everyone is apprised with this truth and they also know it but deliberately showing that they do not know anything about theft of electricity.
