Sir, Six stitches in head, bone of palm broken and no part of body left uninjured but police did not take any action alleging your applicant Lalit Mohan Kasera.Now Mirzapur police must tell the applicant, what quantum of  injuries must be caused to the applicant by the offenders to register first information report in the matter. Think about the gravity of the situation, in Yogi regime, police do not register F.I.R. of poor and weaker sections. 
श्री मान क्षेत्राधिकारी महोदय कहते है प्रकरण मे एनसीआर पंजीकृत होकर निरोधात्मक कार्यवाही की गयी है Circle Officer must tell the applicant when N.C.R. will convert into F.I.R. and Lalit Mohan Kasera will get justice as offenders are set free.  क्षेत्राधिकारी शहर को आवेदक को बताना होगा कि एन.सी.आर. एफआइआर में तब्दील हो जाएगा। और ललित मोहन कसेरा को न्याय मिलेगा क्योंकि अपराधियों को मुक्त कर दिया गया है और वे प्रार्थी की हड्डी तोड़ कर सर फोड़ कर अपनी बाह बाही लूट रहे है और पुलिस में अपनी पकड़ का ढिढोरा पीट रहे और दुसरे को भी अपराध करने के लिए प्रेरित कर रहे है श्री मान २१ मार्च २०२२ को आप द्वारा अससंज्ञेय रिपोर्ट दर्ज करने के उपरांत प्रार्थी का चिकत्स्कीय परीक्षण कराया गया और चिकित्सक के परामर्श के उपरांत दूसरे दिन एक्सरे कराया गया किन्तु आप को अभी तक एक्सरे रिपोर्ट अप्राप्त है श्री मान जी चार महीने  मे भी आप को एक्सरे रिपोर्ट अप्राप्त है श्री मान की आप के पुलिस स्टेशन से २ किलो मीटर और चौकी से डेढ़ किलो मीटर पर है मंडलीय अस्पताल जो आपकी कर्तव्य पालन के प्रति निष्ठां दर्शाता है  संदर्भ संख्या 40019922016009 , दिनांक 20 Jul 2022 तक की स्थिति आवेदनकर्ता का विवरण शिकायत संख्या40019922016009 आवेदक का नामLalit Mohan Kaseraक्र.स. सन्दर्भ का प्रकार आदेश देने वाले अधिकारी आदेश दिनांक आदेश आख्या देने वाले अधिकारी आख्या दिनांक आख्या स्थिति आपत्ति देखे संलगनक1 अंतरित ऑनलाइन सन्दर्भ 09072022 थानाध्‍यक्षप्रभारी नि‍रीक्षककोतवाली कटरा,जनपदमिर्ज़ापुर,पुलिस 12072022 श्रीमान् जी आख्या संलग्न है। निस्तारित 2 अंतरित ऑनलाइन सन्दर्भ 17072022 शिकायतकर्ता द्वारा असंतुष्ट फीडबैक प्राप्त होने पर उच्च अधिकारी को पुनः परीक्षण हेतु प्रेषित. क्षेत्राधिकारी सहायक पुलिस आयुक्तक्षेत्राधिकारी , नगर ,जनपदमिर्ज़ापुर 19072022 प्रकरण मे एनसीआर पंजीकृत होकर निरोधात्मक कार्यवाही की गयी है निस्तारित For more details, vide attached document to the grievance.श्री मान जी प्रार्थी के सर में छह टाके लगे श्री मान जी प्रार्थी के हाथ की हड्डी टूट गई प्रार्थी ले शरीर का कोई अंग ऐसा नहीं था जिस पर चोट न लगा हो प्रार्थी के खून से कटरा कोतवाली की जमीन लहूलुहान हो गयी किन्तु आपने आज तक उचित धाराओं में मुकदमा तक पंजीकृत नहीं किया गया क्या योगी सरकार  में पुलिस की यही कार्यशैली है गरीबो और मजलूमों को इसी तरह से योगी सरकार  में न्याय मिलता है जहा लोगो का प्रथम सूचना रिपोर्ट तक दर्ज नहीं होता है  श्री मान जी चिकित्सकीय परिक्षण रिपोर्ट से सिद्ध है की प्रार्थी को गंभीर छोटे आयी है और आप का अविश्वसनीय रिपोर्ट कहता है प्रार्थी को पीटे जाने का कोई प्रमाण नहीं है श्री मान जो आपके विवेचक को यह स्पस्ट करना चाहिए की प्रार्थी के ऊपर मौत का तांडव किसने  किया Sir, the applicant got six stitches in the head which might  be fatal to the applicant, Sir, the applicant suffered a fracture of the bone of the hand, there was no part of the body which was not hurted by the offenders and blood of the applicant spread on the floor and the scenario was terrific but think about integrity of the police concerned that still no F.I.R. has been registered in the matter . The case has not even been registered under the appropriate sections, is this the working style of the police in the Yogi government, the poor and the oppressed section get justice in this way in the Yogi government where the first information report of the people is not even registered. Whether most police personnel are not suffering with ailment of schizophrenia who work on cases like trials under supervision of a prejudiced judge.

Sir, in the treatment, it was got six stitches in the head of the applicant, Sir, it was got the bone of the hand of the applicant broken, there was no part of the body which was not hurt and not wet by the blood of the applicant. The case has not even been registered under the appropriate sections, is this the working style of the police in Yogi Sarkar, the poor and downtrodden get justice in the same way in Yogi Sarkar, where even the first information report of the people is not registered. It is that the applicant has suffered serious injuries which might be fatal and your unreliable report says that there is no evidence of the applicant being beaten up. Sir, your interpreter should make it clear who did the orgy of death on the applicant.
