According to case number-T201916530106486, Tehsiladar judicial, Tehsil- sadar, District-Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh on 14 August 2019 ordered as follows.Araji number-273 containing total area of the land-0.1850 Hectare located in Mauja-AnantrampattiOn the ground of registry, 780 square feet or 72.49 square meter of the land out of aforementioned land may be transferred to the name of Manju Devi by cancelling the name of Pappu Singh Chauhan and thus process of mutation was completed on 09 September 2019 quite obvious from the first page of the attached document to the grievance. It is quite obvious from the second page of the attached document to the grievance, Case number-T201916530101757 , Nayab Tehsiladar Pahari Date-01 April 2019Pappu Singh Chauhan purchased the aforementioned land 0.0934 Hectare from sellers Shyam ji Mishra S/O Kedar Nath, Badrinath alias Badri Prasad S/O Shiv Achal, Anad Kumar and Pradeep Kumar both S/O Chhavinath, Anoop Kumar S/O Lal ji , Malti Devi W/O Lal ji ,Dayshankar S/O Ram Prasad, Dheeraj S/O Rama Shankar, Shiv Kumari W/O Late Krishna Shankar alias Kripa Shankar, Parvati W/O Rama Shankar,Rama Shankar and Ajay Kumar both S/O Krishn Shankar alias Kripa Shankar belonging to Mauja-Anantrampatti. Sir, it is most regretting that process of mutation was completed on 09 September 2019 near about three years ago but the seller of the land-Pappu Singh Chauhan, Name of the Father-Shyam Bihari Village-Dhaurupur, Tappa-84 District-Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh did not provide the possession of the land. Please take appropriate action in the matter so that ramification of lawlessness and and anarchy may be curbed and applicant may get justice. For this applicant shall ever pray you Honourable Sir.
