Subject-I visited your branch in the morning at half past 11 o'clock and earlier visited on 25/08/2022 for PAN Card update in account and then I also raised the matter of the dysfunction of the debit card.

1-It is quite obvious from the trail email sent from the Amazon online shopping-

2-You may take a glance of attached screenshot taken from internet banking. I have made the transaction through the debit card ending four digits 4414 on 10 Aug 2022, 13 Aug 2022 and two transactions on 14 Aug 2022. 
Now my debit card is dysfunctional and in the morning the branch manager told it was blocked by the system automatically and she managed to unblock it but still problems persist. 
3-Branch manager suggested that I make an application in the concerned branch where my PAN Card fed in anonymous accounts. I have already made such applications.
I never went to Pledry, Jind - Haryana but two accounts opened in my name by feeding my PAN Card in S.B.I. implies rampant corruption
 
Information sought from State Bank of India regarding fraud accounts opened in Gangoli branch code is 50534 by registering my PAN Card
 
4-I have earlier attempted payment through debit card but it failed to know more details, visit the following grievance submitted on the public grievance portal.
Think about corruption of Modi government, I raised corruption prevailed in working of S.B.I. and Income Tax, they blocked my debit card
5-I pray before the Honourable Sir that  51A. Fundamental duties It shall be the duty of every citizen of India (a) to abide by the Constitution and respect its ideals and institutions, the National Flag and the National Anthem;(h) to develop the scientific temper, humanism and the spirit of inquiry and reform;
(i) to safeguard public property and to abjure violence;
 
(j) to strive towards excellence in all spheres of individual and collective activity so that the nation constantly rises to higher levels of endeavour and achievement.

  2. जन सूचना अधिकार 2005 की वास्तविक स्थिति क्या है इस देश का हर नागरिक जानता है इस समय जन सूचना अधिकार को गंदे टोकरी में डाल दिया गया है अब जब गंदगी की टोकरी से बाहर निकले तब तो लोगों को सूचनाएं मिले यह सच है कि भारतीय स्टेट बैंक की कार्यशैली में बहुत ही भ्रष्टाचार है और इनकम टैक्स विभाग तो उसका बाप है दोनों मिलकर खूब गुल खिला रहे हैं देखिए यह तो बहुत बड़ी बात है कि किसी का पैन कार्ड दूसरे के अकाउंट में लगा देना और उस व्यक्ति को जिसको किया पता ही नहीं है इनकम टैक्स की धुआंधार नोटिस नोटिस देना कहां तक उचित है क्या यही मोदी सरकार की ईमानदारी है

  3. इस समय भारतीय स्टेट बैंक के भ्रष्ट कर्मियों की चानी है क्योंकि इस समय देश में सबसे ईमानदार प्रधानमंत्री का शासन है जिनकी इमानदारी की लोग कसमें खाते हैं जिनकी इमानदारी की कहानी श्रीमती सोनिया गांधी के दामाद रॉबर्ट वाड्रा से पूछिए इस समय अगर स्टेट बैंक ऑफ इंडिया में किसी के पैन कार्ड को 24 खातों में जोड़ दिया है तो यह बहुत सामान्य बात है क्योंकि यही ईमानदारी की परिभाषा है मलाई काटने वाले मलाई खाते रहे ईमानदार परेशान होता रहे
