Please attach the copy of the directive issued to Sugun Singh regarding control rate ration as right under Article 51 A of the constitution of India. You have restored the ration card after the objection of the applicant. कार्डधारक को नियमानुसार खाद्यान्न आदि प्राप्त करने हेतु निर्देशित कर दिया गया है
To cancel the ration card and to eliminate the ration card both are different things and here you have restored the ration card which was illegally eliminated from the lists after one and half year long struggle. राशन कार्ड को रद्द करना और राशन कार्ड को खत्म करना दोनों अलग-अलग चीजें हैं और यहां आपने राशन कार्ड को बहाल कर दिया है डेढ़ साल के लंबे संघर्ष के बाद जो अवैध रूप से सूची से हटा दिया गया थाHere you have not issued the new ration card but restored old one consequently you may provide the ration to the aggrieved lady as already made the mockery of the human rights of a widow. Whether rights widow, women and girls are safe in this largest populous state of India. The matter concerns the non-providing of the ration on the ration card which has been restored by the department of food and civil supply district Mirzapur Uttar Pradesh. It is quite obvious that you have withheld the 15 months ration of the Sugun Singh and again not providing the ration to the family on the flimsy ground which is not only illegal but showing insolence of the concerned staff to the law of land. It seems that the law of land has been a puppet in the hand of corrupt public functionaries in this largest populous state of the largest democracy in the world. This is a humble request of your applicant that now you may provide the ration as it is your natural duty so there must not be much more delay in providing the ration to the aggrieved lady.
