Concerned branch of the State Bank of India had to provide demand draft in 5 days but this demand draft provided by them after 1 month

An appeal under subsection 1 of section 19 of Right to Information Act 2005 against procrastination and non providing sought information by CPIO (Allahabad High Court) Registrar (Accounts) and CAPIO (Allahabad High Court)to the information seeker within stipulated time as prescribed under subsection 1 of section 7 of Right to Information Act 2005.

Prayer-Instead of pursuing the path of dilly dally approach, CPIO (Allahabad High Court) Registrar (Accounts) must provide the information to information seeker/appellant in the matter concerning deep rooted corruption, lawlessness and anarchy lowering the dignity of the courts due to lack of transparency and accountability in the working.

1-I pray before the Honourable Sir that  Honourable Joint Registrar I/c Central Public Information Officer High Court of Judicature At Allahabad PIN Code-211017
quoted in the communication Letter number-737/RTI/351/2022/AHC Dated 25 June 2022 addressed to information seeker, subject matter of the grievance DEPOJ/E/2019/04435 has not been specified in the RTI Application dated 19/04/2022 by the information seeker and no copy of the grievance DEPOJ/E/2019/04435 attached to RTI Application dated 19/04/2022.

2-It is submitted before the Honourable Sir that your appellant responded to the aforementioned communication dated  25 June 2022 of Joint Registrar I/c Central Public Information Officer High Court of Judicature At Allahabad on 30 June 2022.

4-It is submitted before the Honourable Sir that your appellant submitted R.T.I. request under subsection 1 of section 6 of Right to Information Act 2005 on 19 April 2022 which is enclosed to this appeal.

5-I pray before the Honourable Sir that as usual practice in the High court of judicature, documents are usually disappeared, consequently appellant again annexed a copy of the grievance DEPOJ/E/2019/04435 in two pages.

6-It is submitted before the Honourable Sir that stipulated time to provide information to the information seeker is 30 as prescribed under subsection 1 of section 7 of Right to Information Act 2005 which implies that CPIO/ACPIO violated subsection 1 of section 7 of Right to Information Act 2005. 

       The matter concerns wide public interests consequently requires utmost attention. Please help your appellant by providing sought information and ensure transparency and accountability in the working of the public authority.

  2. Whether it is not irregularity being committed in the working of the high court of judicature at Allahabad.
    Stipulated time to provide information to the information seeker is 30 days as prescribed under subsection 1 of section 7 of Right to Information Act 2005 which implies that CPIO/ACPIO violated subsection 1 of section 7 of Right to Information Act 2005.
