Branch manager says, Global card is inactive but attached screenshot taken from internet banking shows it is active. Applicant has successfully generated the new ATM Card PIN on 08/06/2022 at 08:14 PM through SBI internet banking quite obvious from the second page of the attached document . Applicant contacted customer care of SBI to register complaints, all of them found Global card active. How can it be justified that staff of SBI may submit arbitrary and inconsistent reports undermining the authority of the CPGRAMS which is an august portal of the government of India to resolve the issue of the aggrieved citizens. The disposal of the aforementioned grievance is only showing arbitrariness and tyranny originated from their incompetence. It is a well known fact that irritation and prejudiced notions due to frustration can never resolve problems of the customers. According to my individual view points, these staff are highly short tempered and egoistic because of their narrow considerations causing suffering to customers a lot.
As far as the matter concerning the visit of the applicant to the branch office, I have made earlier multiple visits and there the role of the applicant is zero. Only one transaction has been carried out by the applicant through this debit card.
If OTP/SMS will not be sent by the state bank of India, then whatever may be the type of debit card, customers can never transfer money to anybody, quite obvious from cryptic and mysterious and corrupt activity of the concerned staff of the State Bank of India. State Bank of India is never interested in resolving the problems of customers by taking the recourse of various cunning tricks.
I have attached three screenshots of transactions not completed due to OTP not sent by the bank.
Branch manager City branch State Bank of India stated in its reply as follows. we have informed customer regarding the card activation process as the card held with the customer is inactive. after the activation process all the services related to the debit card will resume. I want to draw the kind attention of the accountable staff of the State Bank of India to the screen shot taken from the internet banking of the applicant which is categorically showing that ATM card issued to the applicant is active so there is no need to initiate the process of activation because process of activation has been already carried out by the applicant and the branch manager city branch of the State Bank of India district Mirzapur only misleading the not only applicant but the senior rank officers of the State Bank of India. Think about the gravity of situation that entire customer care of the State Bank are saying that ATM card is activated and showing active but the branch manager is saying that ATM card is inactive and redressing the grievances arbitrarily which is the root cause of numerous grievances are being submitted by the applicant. Multiple grievances on the same subject is being submitted because of the incompetence of the branch manager of the city branch of the State Bank of India district Mirzapur . As far as the matter concerning the main branch off State Bank of India is that matter is concerned with the deep rooted corruption which must be looked into by a team of the expert so that corrupt deeds of the staff of the Bank may be exposed.

Factual position is that debit card issued by the State Bank of India was active but the concerned branch manager without checking the status of the global card issued by the bank to the customer reported the public grievance portal of the Government of India that Global card is inactive reflects the dereliction of duty by the concerned staff of the State Bank of India. Whether it reflects the good governance as clamed by our great prime minister Narendra Damodar Modi time and again before the print and electronic media. Whether in good governances of the citizens of the country are redressed in such a third grade manner as has been done by the public authority State Bank of India working under the supervisory control of the prime minister office.

ReplyDeleteसरकार को यह सुनिश्चित करना चाहिए की लोक व्यथा निवारण तंत्र पर जो भी आख्या प्रस्तुत किया जाए लोक प्राधिकरण द्वारा वह तार्किक हो तथा जवाब दे हो यदि मनमाना जवाब दिया जाएगा लोगों प्राधिकरण द्वारा जिसका व्यथा के विषय वस्तु से कुछ लेना देना नहीं है तो वह सिर्फ भ्रष्टाचार को घोषित करेगा ऐसी परंपरा को हमें रोकना चाहिए तभी देश में सुशासन स्थापित हो सकता है अन्यथा सुशासन का भ्रम पब्लिक के बीच पैदा करते रहिए कभी न कभी तो वह नंगा होगा ही
