Undoubtedly it is a bitter truth that corrupt public functionaries in the government machinery are overdominant and are lessening the sharpness of this weapon by hatching conspiracy against this public-spirited act. 

निःसंदेह यह कड़वी सच्चाई है कि सरकारी तंत्र में भ्रष्ट लोक सेवकों का दबदबा है जो इस जन-उत्साही कृत्य के खिलाफ साजिश रचकर इस हथियार के तेज को कम कर रहे हैं 

Since the matter concerns the corruption of the Sub Divisional Magistrate Sadar Mirzapur therefore he is running away from providing access to information to the information seeker. On the one side, the Sub Divisional Magistrate Sadar Mirzapur draws a huge salary from the public exchequer but on the other side also promotes corruption through its cryptic and mysterious activities. 

चूंकि मामला उपजिलाधिकारी सदर मिर्ज़ापुर के भ्रष्टाचार से संबंधित है, इसलिए वह सूचना चाहने वाले को सूचना उपलब्ध कराने से भाग रहा है। एक तरफ तो उपजिलाधिकारी सदर मिर्ज़ापुर सरकारी खजाने से मोटी तनख्वाह लेते हैं, लेकिन दूसरी तरफ अपनी गूढ़ और रहस्यमय गतिविधियों के जरिए भ्रष्टाचार को बढ़ावा भी देते हैं

* Description of Information Sought संदर्भ संख्या : 40019922009393 , दिनांक - 02 May 2022 तक की स्थिति आवेदनकर्ता का विवरण : शिकायत संख्या:-40019922009393 आवेदक का नाम-SACHCHIDA NAND Shuklaविषय-an application under article 51 A of constitution of India to make enquiry regarding the grabbing of land of Araji number 326ख. In the name of araji number 326क by government functionaries which is a blatant abuse of both power and position, they are doing so because corrupt public functionaries have sold the land 326क to the people in the nearby area. This sold land is being compensated by grabbing the land araji number 326ख belonging to the applicant SACHCHIDA NAND Shukla son of Krishna Nand Shukla. Concerned Tehsil staff are threatening to the applicant to shut his mouth otherwise police will be used to implicate them under false charges. धारा 24 के तहत मैंने 6 महीने पहले एसडीएम कोर्ट के तहत 326 ख के भूमि सीमांकन के लिए अर्जी दी थी लेकिन अभी तक इस पर कोई कार्यवाही नहीं हुई. वास्तव में 326 क के नाम पर जल निगम मेरी पूरी जमीन आराजी संख्या 326 ख पर कब्जा किए हैं ,जो अनुचित तथा अन्याय पूर्ण है अतः आपसे अनुरोध है की आराजी संख्या 326 ख के सीमा निर्धारण तथा सीमाओं के विवाद को निपटाने के लिए उचित कार्यवाही करें। विस्तृत विवरण देखने के लिए आप PDF संलग्नक देखें 

The public Information Officer in the office of Sub Divisional Magistrate Sadar may provide the following information pointwise as sought within the stipulated time as prescribed under subsection 1 of section 7 of the Right to Information Act 2005.

 1-The matter concerns representation submitted under section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, U.P. Act No. 8 of 2012 by Sachchida Nand Shukla and no action was taken by the sub-divisional magistrate Sadar because of anarchy in government. This petition was sent by the applicant through speed registered post on 10 September 2021 which means more than seven months passed. 

Provide the notings made on the aforementioned representation of the applicant by the accountable public functionaries of the Tehsil Sadar. 

2-Provide the current status of the petition sent by the applicant through speed registered post on 10 September 2021 attached to online R.T.I. Application.
