An appeal under subsection 1 of section 19 of the Right to Information Act 2005 against public information officer in the office of senior superintendent of police District-Prayagraj formerly known as Allahabad. 

It is an obligatory duty of the First Appellate Authority in the office of senior superintendent of police District-Prayagraj formerly known as Allahabad to take action against the wrongdoer PIO in accordance with the law and be instrumental in providing information to the appellant. 

With due respect, the applicant invites the kind attention of the Honourable Sir to the following submissions as follows.

1-I pray before the Honourable Sir that  51A. Fundamental duties It shall be the duty of every citizen of India (a) to abide by the Constitution and respect its ideals and institutions, the National Flag and the National Anthem;(h) to develop the scientific temper, humanism and the spirit of inquiry and reform;

(i) to safeguard public property and to abjure violence;
