It is 18 July 2022 which implies that two months 8 days passed but chief medical officer Mirzapur did not provide any point information out of four points sought. For more details, vide attached document to this appeal. 

Objects of Right to Information Act 2005 are to promote transparency and accountability in the working of public authorities so that growing corruption in the government machinery may be curbed by the citizens in this largest democracy in the world where people of the country are supreme rulers.

Undoubtedly it is bitter truth that corrupt public functionaries in the government machinery are overdominant who are lessening the sharpness of this weapon by hatching conspiracy against this public spirited act. 

निःसंदेह यह कड़वी सच्चाई है कि सरकारी तंत्र में भ्रष्ट लोक सेवकों का दबदबा है जो इस जन-उत्साही कृत्य के खिलाफ साजिश रचकर इस हथियार के तेज को कम कर रहे हैं 

Since the matter concerns the corruption of the chief medical officer therefore he is running away from providing access to information to the information seeker. On the one side, the chief medical officer draws a huge salary from the public exchequer but on the other side also promotes corruption through its cryptic and mysterious activities. 

चूंकि मामला मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी के भ्रष्टाचार से संबंधित है, इसलिए वह सूचना चाहने वाले को सूचना उपलब्ध कराने से भाग रहा है। एक तरफ तो मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी सरकारी खजाने से मोटी तनख्वाह लेते हैं, लेकिन दूसरी तरफ अपनी गूढ़ और रहस्यमय गतिविधियों के जरिए भ्रष्टाचार को बढ़ावा भी देते हैं

* Description of Information Sought महोदय प्रकरण जिला महिला अस्पताल में व्याप्त भ्र्ष्टाचार और अराजकता से सम्बंधित है और जिसके लिए जिम्मेदार है Offenders are as follows.1-C.M.O. Mirzapur 2-C.M.S. Women hospital Mirzapur and 3-Concerned Doctor and his/her team महोदय, मेरी पत्नी की उचित निगरानी, दवा और प्रबंधन की कमी के कारण समय से पहले प्रसव महिला अस्पताल मिर्जापुर के संबंधित कर्मचारियों द्वारा किया गया था जिसके परिणामस्वरूप 20 वर्ष की उम्र में ही  उसकी मृत्यु हो गई  जो की मिर्जापुर महिला अस्पताल के संबंधित कर्मचारियों द्वारा मेरी पत्नी की अनजाने में हुई हत्या के समान है प्राथमिकी सरकारी महिला अस्पताल के संबंधित कर्मचारियों के खिलाफ दर्ज होना चाहिए मेरी पत्नी और नवजात बच्ची की हत्या का   शिकायत संख्या:-40019922009838 आवेदक का नाम-Pritesh Kumarविषय-F.I.R. must be registered for unintentional murder originated from prevailed corruption and under prevention of atrocity on S.C. and S.T.
