The matter concerns Sadar Tehsil District Mirzapur Uttar Pradesh where process of mutation is source of backdoor income creating conflicts in residents /citizens because frivolous litigations later on. मामला सदर तहसील जिला मिर्जापुर उत्तर प्रदेश से संबंधित है, जहां नामांतरण की प्रक्रिया पिछले दरवाजे से होने वाली आय का स्रोत है, जो बाद में तुच्छ मुकदमों के कारण निवासियों/नागरिकों में संघर्ष पैदा करती है
Sir, think about the gravity of situation where there is no title dispute between transferor and transferee, then why records in the Tehsil is not being modified after the registry of the plots even after more than 20 years.
महोदय, स्थिति की गम्भीरता के बारे में सोचें, जहां हस्तांतरणकर्ता और अंतरिती के बीच कोई मालिकाना विवाद नहीं है, तो 20 साल से अधिक समय के बाद भी भूखंडों की रजिस्ट्री के बाद भी तहसील में अभिलेखों को संशोधित क्यों नहीं किया जा रहा है
If you are still claiming transparency and accountability in mutation carried out at the level of Tehsils is undoubtedly baseless claim because it well established fact that process of mutation is lucrative source of black income of the concerned staff Tehsils.
