* Prayer or Relief Sought Unfortunately, PIO has made the mockery of the provisions of the Right to Information Act 2005 by the concealing the information regarding order passed in the case Diary No 1328/IN/2022 Case / File No 1410/24/55/2022 Victim Name PRITESH KUMAR Registration Date 24/05/2022 Action Date 01/06/2022 Authority THE SUPERINTENDENT OF POLICE, MIRZAPUR by the Uttar Pradesh Human Rights Commission. Sir, when the information was not provided by you correctly, the applicant concluded that you did not understand anything due to lack of knowledge of English language, but now there is a Hindi version of the desired information, that is, what is the meaning in Hindi? Information is also sought by the applicant in the order of the Human Rights Commission, Lucknow, and not the arbitrary and inconsistent report submitted by the Assistant Public Information Officer, see the attachment for detailed description and the information sought on four points should be made available pointwise by the Circle Officer city. The letter dated 24 June 2022 addressed to the Superintendent of Police, which is attached, has been accepted, in order of the order of the Human Rights Commission, Lucknow, the team of SP City and Health Department is investigating.
PIO in the office of public authority SUPERINTENDENT OF POLICE, MIRZAPUR, may provide the following information point wise within stipulated time as prescribed under sub section 1 of section 7 of the Right to Information Act 2005.
1-Provide the name and designation of the staff who received the aforementioned petition sent by Honourable U.P.H.R,C. as directed by Honourable member of the commission.

2- Provide the name and designation of the gazetted officer nominated as the investigation officer by the superintendent of police for investigation in the matter to comply with the order passed as the aforementioned.
उक्त के रूप में पारित आदेश का अनुपालन करने के लिए मामले में जांच के लिए पुलिस अधीक्षक द्वारा जांच अधिकारी के रूप में नामित राजपत्रित अधिकारी का नाम और पदनाम प्रदान करें
3-Provide the copy of the investigation report to the information seeker for further proceedings as victim in the case.
मामले में पीड़ित के रूप में आगे की कार्यवाही के लिए जांच रिपोर्ट की प्रति सूचना चाहने वाले को उपलब्ध कराएं
4-Provide the date and time when the information seeker will be invited by the investigating officer for witness testimony as a core part of the investigation.

ReplyDeleteThink about the gravity of situation that the first appellate authority is the superintendent of police district Mirzapur but he did not entertain this appeal submitted by the appellant which is a mockery of The Right to Information act 2005.
