* Prayer or Relief Sought It is quite obvious from page 4 of the document attached to this appeal, B.D.O. Chhanbey did not provide information regarding the financial year 2019-20, 2020-21 and 2021-22 i.e. provided incomplete information. This is a kind request to the First appellate authority to direct the public information officer to provide rest of information instead of procrastination on the matter.  Rs 612 crore for stray cattle and construction of cow shelters in the Budget for 2019-20 financial year ahead of the Lok Sabha polls. Rs 247.60 crore has been allocated for maintenance and construction of cowsheds in the Uttar Pradesh Budget year 2019-20. Rs 200 crores has been allocated for upkeep of stray cattle in the Uttar Pradesh Budget year 2019-20. A provision of Rs 40 crore has been made to set up impounding houses/cattle shelter homes under the Kanha Gaushala Evam Besahara Pashu Ashraya Yojna in the new budget.  

From the page 4 of the attached document, a communication dated 23/06/2022 of B.D.O. Chhanbey addressed to chief animal husbandry officer District-Mirzapur, has included the information concerning the financial year 2018-19 and concealed the information of the financial years  2019-20, 2020-21 and 2021-22  cryptically in mysterious ways ipso facto.

 2-Provide the funds details spent on cowsheds made in the development block-Chhanbey, District-Mirzapur in financial years 2018-2019-2020-2021-2022.  

वित्तीय वर्ष 2018-2019-2020-2021-2022 में विकासखंड-छनबे, जिला-मिर्जापुर में बनाए गए गौशालाओं पर खर्च की गई धनराशि का विवरण प्रदान करें  

3-Provide the number of stray animals sheltered in these cowsheds with location of the cowsheds.  इन गौशालाओं में आश्रय लिए गए आवारा पशुओं की संख्या गौशालाओं के स्थान सहित उपलब्ध कराएं।  

4-Provide the details of youths employed in these cowsheds for the upkeep of the stray animals.  इन गौशालाओं में आवारा पशुओं के पालन-पोषण के लिए कार्यरत युवकों का विवरण उपलब्ध कराएं  

5-Provide the details of cowsheds made in the development block-Chhanbey, District-Mirzapur in the aforementioned financial years still not sheltering stray animals.
