Whether SBI will not disclose the mini-statements, balance and several other SBI quick services to customer as required for the safety of the customers according to RBI Guide lines? There is sheer mismanagement in the working of the state bank of India because of its erring staff who manipulate the SBI quick services /account services obtained through SMS by sending through registered mobile number. Earlier SBI was sending alerts messages on the email of the complainant now they are only sending advertisements. In short, SBI has no care of customers but working with sole motive to loot innocent and gullible customers in cryptic and mysterious way.
Why are the following SBI quick services /account services not working on the registered mobile number-7379105911 of the applicant? Banks must ask their customers to mandatorily register for SMS alerts and wherever available register for e-mail alerts, for electronic banking transactions. The SMS alerts shall mandatorily be sent to the customers, while email alerts may be sent, wherever registered.
Why are account services blocked by the concerned branch manager? It means they planning to indulge in bank fraud as usually reported in dailies.
