Kindly use this new card issued to you in Feb 2021, since the validity of expired card cannot be extended.  
Madam it seems that you never focus your attention on the core issue of the grievances which is the root cause aggrieved complainant submits multiple complaints on the single issue. This is wastage of time of both the bank and customer which must be sorted out on the part of bank.
I have never raised the issue of extension of the validity of the earlier issued mastercard by the state bank of India.
You have advised the customer that customer may use the later issued global card arbitrarily by the branch manager of the State Bank of India.
It is most unfortunate that you did not read the contents of the grievance in which it has been explicitly expressed that global card is not working and OTP for the confirmation of the transaction is not being sent to the registered mobile number consequently no transaction is feasible with this global card, and I have made repeated complaints in this regard, but the complaints not rectified properly by the State Bank of India. For the miseries of the aggrieved complaint branch manager of the State Bank of India Mirzapur city branch is sole responsible.

With reference to the captioned appeal this is to advise that, the ATM Card Number – 5596010032470039 was issued in Feb 2016 and it expired after validity period of 5 years in due course. 

On enquiry, it is found that bank issued you a new Master Global Debit Card- 544670******7177 in Feb 2021. 



Kindly use this new card issued to you in Feb 2021, since the validity of expired card cannot be extended.
