* Description of Information Sought आवेदक का नाम-Lalit Mohan Kaseraविषय-The matter concerns the laxity of the police in the matter of serious assault by the offenders on the applicant cum victim. Details of the applicant is as follows. Applicant cum Victim/ आवेदक का नाम-Lalit Mohan Kaseraविषय-Victim-ललित मोहन कसेरा पुत्र स्वर्गीय कल्लू राम कसेरा पता-पैरिया टोला, बर्फ वाली गली , पुलिस स्टेशन-कोतवाली कटरा सिटी पोस्ट ऑफिस, तहसील सदर ,जिला मिर्ज़ापुर उत्तर प्रदेश पिनकोड २३१००१ ,Mobile number-9452634200. Copy of N.C.R. dated-21/03/2022, subsequent preliminary medical report and grievance submitted by the applicant to register F.I.R.in the matter is attached to the grievance in the PDF form. It is most unfortunate that police has set scot-free to aforementioned offenders through its cryptic and mysterious dealings who are threatening and abusing the applicant cum victim and making the life of the victim hell. More details are attached to the R.T.I. application in the PDF form. Public information officer in the office of Superintendent of police may provide the following information point wise to the information seeker as follows. 

1-According to subsection 1 d of section 4 of the Right to Information Act 2005, it shall be obligatory duty of every public authority to provide reasons for its administrative or quasi judicial decisions to affected persons. 

Please provide the reason for not registering F.I.R. in the matter when offenders caused fatal injuries to the applicant cum victim including serious head injuries in which heavy bleeding stopped after the surgery of the Government Doctor then X-Ray was carried out which result is still awaited. Applicant cum victim suffered fracture in left hand quite obvious from attached preliminary medical report and injuries in every part of body where swelling is still visible there even after five days of the fatal assault. 

2-Please provide the name and designation of the investigation report and progress report of the investigation. 

3-Please provide the copy of the X-Ray report which is yet to be received by the police from the department of medical is the integral part of the medical examination report.
