* Prayer or Relief Sought Dr. Archana Singh, Assistant police commissioner Cantt Lucknow never understood the contents of the R.T.I. Communique and always submitted parrot reply to whatever information sought by the information seeker. Sometimes I think that how the police can work efficiently if there will be such incompetent staff who can not understand  the submitted R.T.I. Communique. How such an inconsistent report is accepted by the public information officer in the office of commissioner of police Lucknow?  S.P.I.O. in the office of Home Secretary may be informed that the applicant sought information through R.T.I. Communique dated 06/10/2019 on behalf of aggrieved applicant Dinesh Pratap Singh quite obvious from the attached document but, unfortunately, the applicant was not made available information and later on appeal under subsection 1 of section 19 submitted but appeal was also taken under teeth. Now provide the following information point-wise as sought. 1-Information sought through attached R.T.I. Communique.
