Why does the state bank of India not provide the demand draft required by the High court of Judicature to provide information that reflects anarchy?
The state bank of India had procrastinated in providing Bank Draft to pay R.T.I. Fee to High court of judicature repeatedly and this time also.
The High court rejected the payment of R.T.I. Fee through Indian Postal Order and sought Demand Draft as I.P.O. is easily available and refundable.

Whether State Bank of India City branch Laldiggi District Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh has failed to provide the services to consumers according to set up norms of the bank?
The state bank of India has procrastinated in providing Bank Draft to pay R.T.I. Fee to High court of judicature repeatedly and this time also which reflects the insolence of the concerned branch manager of the City branch Laldiggi District Mirzapur.
The High court of Judicature at Allahabad has rejected the payment of R.T.I. Fee through Indian Postal Order and sought Demand Draft as I.P.O. is easily available and refundable consequently state bank of India is playing the same cryptic role of procrastination to frustrate information seeker.
State Bank of India did not take any action on the following two grievances submitted on Centralised Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System of the government of India ipso facto obvious.

DD Amount INR 100.00 Commission Amount INR 84.00 Total Amount INR 184.00 Mode of Delivery DD will be delivered at the specified address in approximately 5 working days. It is quite obvious from the attached online receipt that the aforementioned request was made by the applicant on 02 May 2022 which implies that more than 18 days passed from the date service request made to the state bank of India and according to the receipt, DD will be delivered at the specified address in approximately 5 working days but they failed to deliver the Demand Draft even after eighteen days. Which is a failure of the management of the State Bank of India because of growing corruption, arbitrariness and tyranny in the working of the state bank of India.

We are lacking transparency and accountability in the working of public department in the government of uttar pradesh, government of india especially state bank of india. Think about the gravity of situation that demand draft was ordered on the second May 2022 and it was delivered in the last month of May which is not only troublesome but also frustrating practice of the State Bank of India and such practices must be curbed by the accountable public functionaries in this largest democracy in the world which has made our lives hell. Everyone knows that our political leaders cry honesty on the public forums during the election time but when they occupy public post after the election they never show honesty in their working which is most troublesome to the people of this country and electorates feel cheated after the election.

ReplyDeleteIt is quite obvious that our public authorities are not interested to improve its working condition this is the root cause there is no improvement in the outdated working style of the public authorities. Because of corruption, government is failed to take needful action in the matters of corruption.
